"We had a "trouble" yard - had a tree removed in our front yard and a large area in our backyard that would not grow grass despite our best efforts. Had Steve and the Stavros team come out. They placed a straw mat with new soil and their patented fescue seed. We had new a thick lawn in about 3 weeks. Work was timely and Steve is very professional. Would highly recommend.

"Job went well overall. Anthony Mathis, the owner of Mathis Contracting, sub-contracted the re-paving. Anthony was present during the entire re-paving job. Mathis Contracting did the crack filling and seal coating of the remainder of the driveway. I had some concerns on the crack filling which I relayed to Anthony Mathis. He returned and re-filled the cracks. In the area that was to be seal-coated part of the asphalt broke loose and made a hole. Anthony brought back fresh asphalt and filled that hole. Anthony Mathis was very conscientious and receptive to my concerns. He was very easy to work with. I had a very positive experience.

"Excellent service and quality work. We added a pool to our backyard. My wife and I selected Capehart Landscape and Design to help update our entire landscape design at our home. Leslie is fantastic to work with. Prompt arrival for all appointments, professional and creative. Great communication through out the entire project. Their crew arrives on time at the beginning of the day and cleans up at the end of the day. Justin was instrumental in identifying an issue with the pool install that could have been a major issue had it not been identified. The issue would have had a major impact on the overall landscape look, particularly the pool deck.. Very grateful to have Justin, Leslie and the Capehart crew help us realize our dream of a beautiful back yard that constantly receives positive reviews from our guests. "Cutting edge replaced and extended our old concrete patio with pavers, adding in a fire pit as well. They worked closely with us right from the start, giving us realistic expectations of what could be done and they worked through several design options to make sure that we were going to be happy with the end result. Once we had a design, Daniel's team did the installation and they did a fantastic job. They did all of the work in under a week, but the quality of the patio was superb and it's clear that even though they worked quickly, they paid close attention to detail.
