"I don't live in town (we rent out our house in Lafayette), so I think it was a bit slow in the beginning to get coordinated as to when they were looking at the house and when the job would be done. Other than that, their communication was fabulous. I love that I can call and talk to a person (either Brooke or C'Koh) as opposed to playing endless phone tag (like with other service providers that don't have sufficient office staff - IT MAKES A DIFFERENCE, PEOPLE). They were also great about using email (whoa, it's almost like it's the 21st century or something) to send invoices and keep me updated on the progress. They did a great job, even upgraded the windows without charging me for the difference! In the end, the price was less than they originally estimated. And the roof isn't leaky anymore!! Would DEFINITELY use them again.

"Troy and team were great to work with and the results are wonderful so far. Troy and Joshua (his son) helped us with design and construction considerations for removing our 40-year-old front steps and replacing them with a more functional/attractive option. They started the work on time, worked consistently and dedicated each day, did daily cleanups, took pride in their work, and were good communicators throughout the project (which took roughly 3 weeks). They have high quality standards, and were very customer oriented. We recommend them, and will definitely use them for future projects.

"It went very well. We are in the process of selling a home in the Indy area and potential buyers want chimney repaired and crack in side of (brick) house repaired. Looked for highly rated pros and found a couple. One company said they were booked for 5-6 months. Then we found Showecker Masonry. They responded promptly and were out to do a quote within a day or two. They found additional problems with crack in side of house. They gave us quotes on the chimney and two options on the wall crack. Talked to the realtor and selected one of two options. This took a few days. After hearing from realtor, called them back and they were out to start the repair work the same day or the next day (do not remember). The work was completed in two days and approved by the realtor. Very responsive; good work; reasonable price. Would definitely hire them again!

"Josh did some miscellaneous brick replacement and tuck pointing on my home. He did an excellent job. He completed the scope of work that we had discussed prior to the job. "We recently had several contractors out to investigate wind and hail damage on our roof and siding. After reviewing the contractors and rates, we decided to work with iRestore and specifically Seth Johnson. After walking the roof line and reviewing the photos and damages, Seth worked with us and our adjuster to draw up the recommendations. Having worked with general contractors before, Seth gave us timelines and updated us when and issue arose.
