Indianapolis Shower Door Installation

Door was not installed and caulked properly and started separating from the wall. Contacted Randy and he did not get back to me for several days. I fixed and re-installed the door myself since I could not wait another week for him to fit me into his schedule and we needed to use the shower. He would not offer any type of refund or reimbursement for additional expenses when asked.

Two weeks ago I searched on Angie's List for someone who could remove our old shower doors and install new ones. I saw the listing for Super Handyman Service and sent an email describing the service required and requested a quote. Within 5 minutes I received a call and a quote. I agreed to the service and we scheduled a date for the doors to be installed. A few days before the appointment I received a followup call to confirm the service and let me know Jay would be doing the work. Jay called me the day of the appointment to let me know he had picked up the shower doors and was on his way. Jay was professional, pleasant and courteous but best of all he knew what he was doing. Jay cleaned up after he was done and all that was left behind was a beautiful job and a happy customer.

Completed in a very timely manner, very clean and professional. Doors have been installed for almost a year now and there have been no issues with leaking. Would definitely use these guys again. Thanks, Tom

THE WORKMAN DID DO GOOD WORK, BUT THEY WERE VERY TARDY IN GETTING BACK TO ME WITH AN ESTIMATE. ALSO, I KNEW THEY CHARGED $40 PER HOUR, BUT I DIDN'T COUNT ON TWO PEOPLE SHOWING UP, WHICH MADE IT $80 PER HOUR. PRICEY.

JEFF RESPONDED PROMPTLY TO OUR INQUIRY, PROVIDED A THOROUGH ESTIMATE, SHOWED UP ON TIME TO WORK EACH DAY, AND CLEANED UP ALL MESSES. WE WOULDN'T HESITATE TO USE HIM AGAIN.

DID WORK ON A SATURDAY. WAS ON TIME AND HE IS A GREAT GUY. GOING TO HIRE HIM AGAIN TO HELP WITH ODDS AND ENDS OUTSIDE.

My experience with them was very good. They did what they said they would do for the price. It was very well done. They gave me an estimate ahead of time. They were courteous and cleaned up after themselves.

Very professional. Always cover shoes. Workman Services employees treat my house like I would treat my house. That kind of attention to detail is hard to find. Everything they did on this job was perfect and we would absolutely used them again. Our first choice for in home repair and remodeling. We absolutely trust these folks to work in our home.

Rick is a very hard worker, he does outstanding work and is an honest, reliable person...he was in phone contact with my wife and me several times prior to the job to make sure the date of work was good for us....The shower door was an expensive one and was a bit difficult to install since we needed it to be installed in a less than optimum space...Rick handled the situation without complaint and kept checking with us to make sure the install was according to our wishes. After the job was complete Rick checked back with us twice to make sure the door was working to our satisfaction and that there were no leaks. Rick does a variety of handyman work and we highly recommend him.

Andy was very professional and kept us informed throughout the process. The sub that did most of the work was very pleasant and did an excellent job. He offered great advice on the tile patterns! Any questions that we had were immediately addressed. When we decided to have the cedar taken down (after we had the tile put in) they worked it into their schedules so that we wouldn't be without a bath for long. Andy worked with us to keep the costs down and still end up with a very beautiful bathroom. All in all, it was an excellent experience and the end product is beautiful.

All of the things above got done in 2 days. They did an excellent job on everything. The ceiling fan with light was the best. The room did not have an overall light and they were able to go through the garage and attic to install the fan/light without having an electrical cord down the wall. It looks great. All other things were done well too. The master bedroom and bath could have had a second coat of paint in certain sections, but overall it looks good. Was very happy with the service and the price. The men involved were professional, neat and did the work in a short period of time.

Tim is the best!!! I had a few jobs he didn't feel comfortable doing, but he was able to refer me to someone else. They were very good. I appreciate his honesty. He always shows up on time and is extremely pleasant. I wouldn't hire anyone but Tim.

David was professional and on time. He was very thorough in explaining the current project as well as future projects. He removed the glass shower door and replaced the caulk between the shower pan and tile. I would hire him again.

Marc has done several projects for us, so we were confident in his ability to do the remodel work in our bathroom. He is very detail oriented and did a great job. He does a superior job painting because he takes the time to do all of the prep work needed in an older house. Most importantly, Marc is very neat and cleans up daily. He worked for several days on our project, and our bathroom was always accessible and usable. He's also very easy to work with and willing to do address any of our concerns. We already have him scheduled to do other work and will continue to use him in the future.

Perri came to our house and gave us an estimate. Charlie from Booher arrived promptly, removed the existing shower door and caulk, then put the door back up using the correct caulking pattern. No more leaky shower door! The job was completed quickly, professionally, and neatly. Very pleased with the overall experience.
