    Van Croshier concrete is hands down the best contractor I have ever hired. Lead by Van Croshier himself, their company is honest, trustworthy, and does excellent work. He's a straight shooter which is hard to find these days. I encourage you to call Van directly with any questions. My driveway is huge, and needed specific engineering to get the grade, slope, and drainage just right. The result is perfection. I receive compliments often from neighbors "you driveway is beautiful, who did the work?" Compliments on a driveway!? yes. You really have to see it in person. Drive by 8316 Claridge Road if you'd like to check it out. Van came back the following year and pressure washed and applied a high tech sealant. After almost 3 years, not even a hairline crack is present. I couldn't be happier and have referred Van Croshier to several friends and family, all who've had equally excellent experiences

    Our main water line to the house was leaking badly after the connection to the irrigation system broke due to the weight of the soil. We had to turn off the water to the house, so we were looking to get the problem fixed ASAP. We called Jim in the morning, he came out quickly, gave an estimate, and immediately called 811 to get the yard flagged. By early afternoon that was done and Jim had started digging. He worked into the evening to get the job done and we had our water back on by early evening. This was all done on a Friday, which saved us from going an entire weekend without water

    Not as planned.....Unfortunately not every job goes as planned because you are held hostage to previous installers, especially when it comes to plumbing. Although this company ran into some issues when installing our new water main line from street to house, they maintained 100% focus on the customer, on the job and on the end goal. I don't remember a contractor ever going over and above as this company did...they made sure that, even though though there were several unexpected issues, we were never out of their focus on making sure we were taken care of and not hindered by the delays in finalizing. This is the plumbing company you want to handle any and all of your plumbing needs...very professional and accommodating to your needs as well as doing an excellent job

    The main water line to the house was ruptured due to soil settling. Jim recommended a leak detection company to pinpoint the leak. He then also called 811 to mark up the underground utilities. He then came with a backhoe and carefully dug a hole about 5 ft deep right next to the house to uncover the water line. He then cut the water line on the outside as well as on the inside in the basement. Then he replaced the cut out section with a new one. When finished, he filled in the hole outside with dirt. He did a nice job; he is very conscientious. He cleaned up very well. The backhoe traveled on plywood sheets so as to do minimal damage to the lawn

    Van Croshier did an excellent job on our back patio porch. The were very efficient and completed the in 2 days including tear out, forming, pouring and sealing. The quality of Van’s work is excellent as well. I would absolutely recommend them to our family and friends.

    There was an erosion and they come out and put several big rocks. They also put underlay mat. Wheelbarrow all that rock they had several man out there. They done all this by hand, all super nice they inform and you call you. We had a service here last year, this guy come out , he knew what to do we did not have to worry. I was so hyper and my husband said to calm down
