    It was an excellent experience start to finish. Louie, Andrew, Lourdes, and the whole family were a pleasure to work with. They are true professionals who take pride in their work. They do things the right way and don't take any shortcuts. They were meticulous in their planning and explained everything along the way. There were several unexpected obstacles that came up and Louie and Andrew were able to resolve them and still finish the project two weeks ahead of schedule. Louie was always reachable and always on time, and did a fantastic job of communicating throughout the entire project. I would highly recommend Ranieri Construction to anyone looking to re-do their pool patio. They are pool experts and caught alot of things other concrete contractors wouldn't have. I am extremely pleased with the results and plan to use them again for other work in the future

    It went very well. They were knowledgeable, courteous and skilled. They answered all my questions well and accommodated all our needs. The system works great! We are using less fossil fuels and saving money on our water heating bills, since it is mostly powered by the free power of the sun.

    My experience with this company: I hired Kool Poolz to design and construct a pool in my new home in Naples. The salesperson was very professional and hired this company over four other vendors that I spoke with. A contract with a fixed price was signed in November 2020 but the work did not officially start until May 2021 and was told 6-8 weeks to complete everything. In May 2021, the extraction was completed and the initial concrete was poured. Then things just stopped with no explanation. We were told that inspections needed to happened (understandable). However, at least 2 months passed and no further work was done. We were being told that with Covid supplies were difficult to get (still be patient). We then were told that the delay was caused because the tiles that we ordered for the top border were delayed and would not arrive until late July. This was the first that we were hearing of that and thought that shouldn't this have been brought to our attention 2 months ago. The tiles arrived late July and were figured the pool would be completed within the next 4-6 weeks. The tiles were installed and work stopped again. We're into September and the owner does not return calls or emails which is a continuous pattern. Until I notify him that I would need to contact an attorney, he meets with me and gave me a list of excuses. He admits that there was an issue with the Collier County permit and the pouring of the concrete that he needed to obtain an engineering report that he was still waiting for. This the first that we heard of this and felt that this company was trying to cover up their issue by making other excuses. Supposedly, the engineering report was received and Collier County approved moving forward with construction but months go by and Kool Poolz only does some minor work on occasion. At this point, this company has been paid 80% of the pool cost. In late November 2021, the owner contacts me with "great news" that the pool would be completed by Christmas (I should have asked which Christmas). He said that all supplies were in stock and ready to go. He requested an additional payment of 15% ($20,273.17) which I paid which was a big mistake on my part (this payment was due when the tiles and pavers were completed). We are now at 95% of the pool cost paid to this company. This this company dangled a carrot for us to bite (we just wanted the mess in our back yard cleaned up and the pool finished). They did do some work after numerous complaints but the pool was not completed by Christmas as promised and I am sure this was never going to happen. Another 3 months go by and I am still looking at a concrete hole. I then get a call from the owner that he needed to hire a new paving company which is more expensive and I need to incur this cost. If I write a check for $6815 they can have them out next week!! (another carrot!!). I questioned this and my contract does not allow for any additional expenses unless I made a change which this is not. Maybe if they completed the job back in June/July of 2021 this would never have been a discussion point. The owners feeling is that the pool is adding value to my property so why should he incur this cost for his companies errors (wow!!) I would not agree to the additional amount and instead of being professional and trying to work some compromise there is no response from this owner. So now this company is holding the completion of the pool hostage for an expense that I already paid for. This company has been paid over $95k and I have a concrete hole in my backyard. This company has been in business for 20 years and not sure how. Look at your contract closely and do not agree to the payment terms unless you are comfortable about it. Do not expect good communication from the two owners
