Requested a quote for a small full sized bathroom. 6" x 9". Without anymore information, the Rep wanted to ballpark at $25,000. He began to quiz me on cost of parts and tradesmen needed for the job -- as if this is my first rodeo. (What a joke! Not professional.) There are plenty of hardworking professionals out there -- I'm sure they do good work, but they live in a bubble.

They were wonderful. They showed up when they said they would and were very communicative. They always cleaned up after themselves and they were especially great with my dog while we were gone. It went exceptionally well. It was very well managed. The contractors they brought in were exceptional. They had some real challenges, it was a major job where they had to tear down all of the walls and basically start from scratch and I was very happy with the outcome.
