Recent Review: Our dryer is now as good as new. He is very easy to work with. He is always on time for the appointments. He will give you his best opinion on what needs to be fixed and how to fix it. He has even given us advice in the past on not fixing something. When he was here before the washer machine wasn't working. He said we would be way better off buying a new one. All he charged us for was his trip fee. He charged a trip charge of $40.00, $10.00 for labor, and $10.00 for parts; you cant be that! We have called him on the phone several times with questions. He has been very helpful. Before we bought our dishwasher we called him and asked him what brand he would recommend. He is more than happy to help you ovr the phone.

Recent Review: Excellent service, came one day after my request. Completed job in about an hour, found coke can tabs had fallen into dishwasher and were plugging drain. I learned don’t leave tabs on counter.

Recent Review: THEY USE THE BEST MATERIALS AND TOOLS OUT THERE. I USE THEM TO FOR ALL OF MY APPLIANCES. THEY DO REALLY GOOD WORK. THEY ARE A VERY RELIABLE COMPANY. THEY ARE ALSO VERY STRAIGHT TO THE POINT AND THEY DON'T MESS AROUND.

Recent Review: Our Whirlpool dishwasher died on us and I called for an estimate. There was a cancellation so the owner arrived an hour later. He found that the pump motor was bad, and he called around but the parts are no longer available - this model is too old. He was very professional and the cost for the service call was very reasonable, in my opinion.

Recent Review: Service men arrived when expected. They were very professional and were able to diagnose problems and fixed with no problem. They always have been very professional in all aspects of their jobs both retail and service. I would not go anywhere else to buy appliances and to have the level of service they provide. Recent Review: Terry was on time, he fixed the problem quickly and even showed me how to prevent the issue in the future. Terry exceeded my expectations and I would not have a problem calling him again or recommending him to family and friends. Like in a previous review, Terry fit me into his busy schedule. I did call around for quotes from other service companies, and by far Terry's Appliance Service was the most reasonable.

Recent Review: They were very good at communicating and being very punctual on arriving for service call. However, it needed an expensive replacement part and after checking realized I had an extended service warranty so their services were not needed. I would call again for any appliance repairs needed.

Recent Review: Received a text message-Andrew-immediately last Friday after request was made. Followed through. He said maybe on the weekend. Then had to text him again yesterday (Tuesday) since no cal/textl and dishwasher repair is needed asap. Andrew then set up an appointment--for today 1:00/1:30 pm (Wednesday)--great! Andrew said he was getting the parts yesterday. Today's appointment: no show, and still no contact 6:00 pm.
