Grand Rapids Pergo Flooring Installation

We worked with one of the Lowe's salespeople on the purchase of Pergo Max laminate flooring for our basement. He was super knowledgeable and helped us buy everything we would need to do the job ourselves. He gave us all kinds of tips and pointers as well. We would definitely go back and purchase flooring from Lowes again. Excellent experience.

We met with and discussed the prospective work with several firms. Bob from Just Floors met with us and gave us some good advice regarding how to lay out the tile and hardwood and selection possibilities. Although we were not there when the work was done, Just Floors did its work in a timely manner and without owner supervision. Just Floors also coordinated well with a painter we had hired to remove wallpaper and painting the main floor and part of the basement floor. Just Floors also came out twice for follow-up (2011 and 2012) , replacing a tile giving the optical illusion of a leak on the floor of one of the bathrooms and to repair nosing to the basement stairs that had been damaged when remodeling was being done in the basement. The floors look great.

Cortez Flooring in one-day installed Resilient Vinyl Valore Planks for my 1,101 sqft basement! I was a bit concerned on what type of floor to put down in my basement & how much it would cost. I needed a high-quality floor for an area of 1,101 sqft. I remembered how great a job Cortez Flooring did in the past, so I contacted them for professional advice. First, they listened to my concerns and what style floor I imagined in my space then explained and recommended floors.' The process was very easy and transparent from beginning to end. I was very impressed again with their work, they cleaned out the old carpet and scraped out the old sticky padding from the concrete. They focused on the installation, no smoking breaks or messy floors to clean up; they cleaned up after the installation. My kids immediately enjoyed the new floor. I highly recommend Cortez Flooring because they are professional and all around respectful making the service price absolutely worth it!

The job was completed within the designated time frame and for less than the original bid. Mark is easy to work with, professional, prompt, and an excellent communicator. We had a limited time frame in which to complete the job (before the start of the summer season). When we decided to change one aspect of the project, Mark accommodated our request and made alternate arrangements immediately to address the modification. Scope of project: Mark remodeled a bathroom, installed carpeting on 2 sets of stairs, repaired a plumbing valve in a 2nd story bathroom, installed Cortek flooring on 1st floor and refinished hardwood flooring on the 2nd floor.

Could not be more pleased with my experience with Garage Kings and the way the garage floor turned out. Russ did an excellent job explaining the process, and with communication from quote through installation. I also really appreciated the storage trailer offered (free of charge!) to provide a secure location for the items from my garage during the installation process. The floor is amazing, transforms the garage from a dull, plain space into another highlight of the condo. Plus, so much easier to clean and maintain. Strongly recommend contacting Russ and Garage Kings and having them do the same for you!

The experience with them was excellent from the moment we walked into the store. The person (Dave) who greeted us was also the person who came to our home for the measurements and saw the entire project from start to end, including a follow up call afterwards to see how installation went. We were a bit nervous to pick out carpeting and flooring as it can be overwhelming to see all the samples in a show room! However, Dave is very knowledgeable in all areas and did a great job in narrowing our search and made very helpful recommendations NOT based on highest cost but best quality for our purpose! The installation teams were GREAT! We had an unknown issue in bathroom floor which the head of the team pointed out and also repaired at a very low cost. They were very professional, friendly and took great care in installation and clean up.

Andy did a fantastic job of refinishing our floors. We have wood floors that are over 100 years old and Andy took great care to sand them down and refinish them. They look beautiful. Andy also took extra care to sand paint off of on set of flooring so we could put down a new stain and poly that really made the floors stand out. We still have stairs to get done ventually and when we do, we'll contact Andy to get them done right.

We had a wonderful experience with Advanced Flooring Design. They were very prompt to come to our home and give professional advice, and explain the installation process to us. They worked closely with us to pick a floor product and took care of all the details purchasing the flooring. We had the flooring replaced on the entire upper level of our home (approximately 900 square ft.) and it was all completed in 3 days. The installer was very courteous and professional and provided excellent workmanship. We could not be more happy with the outcome and we would definitely refer this company to any of our friends.

Loved the workmanship.... do not like the quality of the wood floors. I made the mistake of going with what Makin recommended for the brand of wood. I should have stuck with Bruce flooring. I question the quality of the finish on this Viking flooring. Scratches very easily, I picked the Brazilian Cherry for it's hardness.

We were extremely satisfied with the work done. Paul, the owner, selected new oak flooring that exactly matched the existing 25 year old floor. The crew spliced it in and refinished everything such that you cannot tell the difference between the old and new. I would best describe their work as meticulous and thorough. The floor was refinished with a Bona Dryfast Oil Sealer and two coats of satin Bona Traffic. The final result exceeded expectations and is essentially perfect. Paul was great to work with, very helpful in deciding what to do, and competitive in his pricing. I highly recommend this contractor for wood floor work.

The project went well. Joe was timely and worked steady. He kept me informed every phase of the project.. He even pulled the toilet; some installers were not doing this. What I especially liked was "no dust in the air." Joe did a great job cleaning up and disposing of the debris. I would hire again.

We LOVE our garage floor done by Garage Kings of West Michigan. The quote was competitive. Russ and his teammate were prompt with a quote and able to get us scheduled on a specific date we wanted. They dropped of a trailer for us to store our garage "stuff" in to keep it out of the elements. Once they started the whole process took about 9 hours. It looks amazing, and we are very happy with their work and professionalism.

Excellent! Scott and staff are very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Work done is clean and looks amazing. I won't be using anyone else for any of my flooring needs!
