"When I received the quote I already had good feelings about hiring them. Benjamin provided a pretty detailed description of what services will be performed and what the costs can be. Then came the day of service, It was also Benjamin and his crew who showed up to do the duct cleaning and carpet steam clean. I wasn't home but my wife was, but Benjamin kept me informed every so often on his status through texts. He sent me a pictures and video's showing me that our supply vents and returns has quite a bit of dust buildup , and offered to clean that up for a reasonable price. I thought this was necessary since me and my wife both suffering from bad allergies . Benjamin and his crew spent 3 hours on our house which I feel was probably much more than he had originally anticipated, but stuck with his original quote. When he finished he was even very courteous and made sure they leave the house flawlessly clean. Not only did he perform the job very well (and diligently), he's also a very thoughtful person. we also purchased from STORM 3 Elctro-statics filters that they make and I have to say it's worth any dollar we spent on them! since the cleaning me and my wife feel a huge relief from our allergies, and we sleep much better. I will definitely be using STORM AIR again for any future services. service and overall character blew me away.

"It was good. We only had one small complaint. The connection to the gas line had a leak. We called at 10:30pm at night, they told us a dispatcher was close. But they never came by. "The techs they sent over, Tracy and Lamont, were super professional, courteous, and thoroughly did a great job. They also made quick work of it, though the job took about an hour and a half. Anyway, my concern is this. I spoke to Natasha on the phone and told her about my experience with Sears. (Looking through google and Angie's list, I concluded a rough estimate average of between 5-600 dollars. But Natasha said services were $1200.00, here is where I was about to hang up on here, but then she said that they were having a half of sale in January so "lucky me" I get a discount and only charged $600.00. I said okay because I better things to do than having to play mental chess with duct contractors. I did not like the bait and switch tactic from Sears, nor did I care for the overcharged initial quote of service by their rep. Natasha. Needless to say, had it remained as such, I would have hung up and continued hunting. I wonder if the same half off "deal" is also available on every other month. I have to believe it is. So in conclusion, Tracy and Lamont were awesome! Natasha, not so much. Would I recommend this company? Yes, but with caution.

"The R.S. Andrews technicians were prompt contacting me shortly after the agreed to window of time. They were courteous and safe in that they wore protective masks. They put on shoe coverings without my asking and promptly had me walk them through the issues they were there to address. After pointing out the issues, the Senior technician outlined the charges related to their work. $49 for the home visit, $259 for up to 1 hour of investigative/troubleshooting work and then if anything needed to be installed/replaced/repaired he would quote me for the price for that specific work and I would have to agree before they proceeded. They completed the investigation/troubleshooting within 20 minutes where they got the shower enclosure light working and determined the ceiling fan remote would need replacing at an additional charge. I had purchased a new remote device just in case and had them install it. The installation went flawlessly and the fan/light function perfectly. The only negative I have is on my part that I did not ask the scheduler when I called what the rate structure was like. I specifically chose to go with RS Andrews because their visit fee of $49 was much lower than another company I had considered. But, I didn't know how their investigation fee compared. I would hire them for the promptness, courtesy and quality of work. But, I would call a few other Electrical Service companies to compare the investigative fee to see if it is comparable or too high. Seemed pretty high to me, but I truly have no comparison.

"They did exactly what they said they would do in our estimate and more. They even fixed an exhaust duct that had been damaged previously by another contractor. They ( Moises Garcia and his co worker) were on time, highly professional, did a fabulous job of clean up and it did not take as long to install as we thought it would.
