"Houston Custom Carpets did an outstanding job improving and updating our master bath. Everyone involved provided us with excellent service, excellent craftsmanship, attentiveness to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness during the project, and keeping us informed of scheduling and any other issues. Our project started with a visit by Matt from the showroom to understand our needs. He was excellent at providing options and being very detailed in his assessments of what we had to work with and how different design elements might work. We especially appreciated how he worked to get us exactly the shower tiles that we wanted, when one of our choices was not available. He kept in touch with us during the process, including coming by to review the progress. When work started, Cindy from the warehouse was our main contact. From the start, she kept us fully informed of what craft was showing up at what time and if there were any changes she always kept us informed. There were no surprises. All of the craft men arrived as scheduled. They made sure our floors were protected from where they entered at the front door. And carefully cleaned up after each visit. Alfredo handled the shower demolition and rebuild. He is highly skilled and professional. He let us know when there was one problem with the tile we ordered, but in the end he solved that problem and the shower turned out just as we wanted. Oscar handled the plumbing installation. He also proceeded in a very professional manner. He pointed out something he thought we might want to correct, which we did. And that was much appreciated. Installation of the shower door and some carpentry work was also handled with professionalism and without any wasted time. And Erik did a beautiful paint job, with attentiveness to detail, neatness and customer service. We would definitely recommend this team from Houston Custom Carpets.

"It was great! perfect! more than I had expected to get! I got beautiful custom cabinets and vanities, a new shower along with finishing the rest of repairs on the house. His crews are people who have been with him a long time - not guys from Home Depot parking lot - and they are VERY professional, efficient and do excellent work. I couldn't be happier. "My kitchen cabinet was damaged by the dishwasher leak and the water remediation company had to get rid of the kitchen cabinet and took out the sheetrock behind the cabinet. Robert is a professional guy and he has been in the cabinet business for over 20 years. He bought the new insulation, new sheetrock and wood planks. He put the insulation and sheetrock back on and he made the cabinet from wood planks. The new cabinet matches the existing cabinets in the kitchen. He also painted the wall and so I could not see the sign of the cabinets being repaired. In all, I highly recommend oncall service.

"Cameron and his team did an AMAZING job at refinishing my bathtub! I had a bathtub that was already in bad shape due to poor care from the previous owners of my home, but during the freeze keeping water in the tub ended up making the paint on the tub crack and peel severely. I contacted Cameron and he was able to send out someone within the same week to have my tub refinished! Herman showed up on time, worked quickly and cleaned up after himself, and did an incredible job at refinishing my badly damaged tub, and now it looks good as new! I'd absolutely hire through Capmire Projects again for future bathroom repair and remodel jobs, and fully intend to do so in the future.

"First of all, I thought I would have to wait days for service, but they came out first thing the next day. After carefully removing the trim and evaluating the damage, the crew went out for materials before starting repairs. Not only was the jamb split but part of frame was damage as well. They removed and replaced both damaged jamb and frame without damaging sheet rock. They could not find matching trim so they cleaned up the original and reattached and carefully caulked. We Well done and fairly quick. They cleaned up well and took debris with them.
