    We decided to do a complete remodel of our master bath and closet including removal of the outdated garden tub and single walk in shower and replacing it with a large double shower. I contacted 7 remodeling contractors to get competitive quotes - of those, 5 couldn't even bother to come out to see the scope of work included! "Don't worry - I've been doing this for years, I don't need to see the bathroom to quote the job." Really??? Only 2 actually came to the house to give us a quote in person - Sammy Peraltas and 1 other. Sammy not only beat the other quote by $4,000.00 but saw my wife's vision of the finished project, incorporated it into his design and created an absolute masterpiece! From initial consultation to completion, Sammy was the consummate professional, always available by phone or on the job. Just an absolute joy to work with. His employees - Manny and Jose were true craftsmen and did a magnificent job and as others have said, protected all furniture with plastic, all floors with heavy cardboard runners and cleaned everything at the end of each day. By far the best contractor I've ever worked with. (As I type this they are almost finished with replacing our fence as well!

From the consultation process right through to clean-up, we were impressed with their professionalism, honesty and attention to detail. Sammy is an excellent communicator; he really listened to what we wanted, had thoughtful advice and suggestions for us to consider, and was always just a phone call or text away. They were always on time and did a great job controlling the mess and cleaning up each day. Their workmanship is truly what impressed us the most: the tile work is outstanding, and I’m in love with our custom cabinets!     Great! Seek Design & Renovation is a top-notch company and a business model for customer satisfaction. I had the kitchen bar lowered, granite replaced and the tile backsplash removed and replaced with new tile. From start to finish Seek was communicative, professional, transparent with the costs and delivered quality work. I was kept informed every step of the way and was totally pleased with the subcontractors (tile, granite and electrician). I was so happy with the project - not only the outcome but the way in which Seek conducted the work. I have another project coming up and will only have Seek do the work

    The project went very well. I love my new bathroom! The specific workers, i.e., plumber, cabinet makers, painters, etc. all did an excellent job and were very punctual. The overseer of the project was outstanding! He was very hands-on and made sure that everything went smoothly, if there were any concerns I had, they were quickly addressed and resolved. He made sure that we were involved in the process by explaining everything in detail and to make sure that we understood what was being done and when

    H-Towne & Around is great to work with, and went above and beyond in our last project. We have used them previously on two other projects that we were very pleased with, so when our home was damaged during the 2021 freeze, we automatically called them for help. Danny invested many hours working with our insurance adjuster to be sure all the damage was addressed. JR is always prompt in responding to questions and/or issues, and the people who work for him are just the best. Knowing that we were living in the house with 2/3rds of it having open ceilings, JR got a crew out to put up the sheetrock and close the ceilings before we had made several important decisions, like picking kitchen cabinets, which was likely to mess up schedules. We were very grateful to have those ceilings closed up early in the process. Later, when faced with a 15 week wait on semi-custom cabinets, JR got us in touch with a custom cabinet maker that did the job in 2 weeks at an affordable price, plus we got custom cabinets! JR knows how to make things happen. An extra project not related to the damage, that Htowne did during the restore, was to move a window in our breakfast area over a few feet, and rebuild it as a cantilevered window seat. It is awesome, makes the kitchen feel bigger, and from the outside looks like it has always been there as the brick that was removed was reworked to cover the hole left on the other side. It takes a lot of folks & coordination to put a house back together after extensive water damage, and do a few extra projects that the owner dreamed up as well, but we are so happy with the results. I highly recommend H-towne & Around for any remodeling/restoration job

    Seek Design & Renovation remodeled my master bathroom beyond my expectations. 1. The existing shower was moved to where the tub was giving more shower place. A bench was built, and 2 medium and 2 small niches were added (love the new shower). Where the existing shower was, Seek Design & Renovation built a custom inset with four shelves and three deep drawers. 2. The floor tile, again another awesome job. 3. For vanity area, custom cabinets were built on site. This could have been an issue as the area is a short "L" shape. With Seek Design & Renovation team’s expertise / experience with cabinetry I got what I wanted: 1) taller cabinets; 2) add large drawer to the wasted space; 3) all drawers are softly shut style; 4) a tower was built with four adjustable shelves. I have more storage than I imagined!!!!!!!! Note the cabinets were built on site. 4. Now for the paint – the existing walls had been painted a very dark color – with the assistance of Seek Design & Renovation I selected a lighter color (love it). 5. Seek Design & Renovation kept me updated daily as to the progress. When I had questions, they answered to my satisfaction. This was my first home remodeling and with the professionalism I received, I will use Seek Design & Renovation for future updates to my home...
