    Went great! John S. arrived promptly checked thermostat, boiler, voltages & recommended replacement. But after replacing with same Nest 3rd Gen Thermostat, still had same error. John brought Ken & they wrassled issue to the ground by installing an isolation relay - problem solved! Service was prompt, professional, courteous & effective. I highly recommend D&J's services

    The guys were prompt, efficient, and polite. They did a good job and explained things well. It would have been helpful if the office explained ahead of time that they needed to access all returns and supply vents . I had to rush around and clear the areas. Also tell the homeowner if they have pets to plan a quiet room to keep them in. My cats were scared by the noise
