"Curtis Construction has remodeled three clubhouses at apartment communities I oversee as well as multiple apartments and homes. All of the projects were completed on time and within budget. The projects included siding, flooring, painting, building out office space, replacing cabinets and counters, drywall, replacing hardware and several other items. All of the workmanship was high quality. The project managers were always available when needed and their oversight of the projects included the same attention to detail as if it were their own home. "Door was order after March 15 deposit and installed the w/o May 21. Took most of day to install door unit. Seems to operate well. Had a few issues after installation which Heartwood addressed. Was not happy with the finish work inside the house and they provided some compensation for me to get it addressed.

Bill, the salesperson, was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions and gave us a detailed estimate. McCombs sent us a letter shortly after we signed our contract and gave us contact names and phone numbers to use if we had any issues or had more questions. We received a phone call a few days before installation to confirm the appointment. Delivery of all the windows and materials arrived on time and per the communication. The delivery team was very professional and friendly. The installation team of Brock, Chris and Scott were great. They showed their great experience. Re-side Inc. is a James Hardie "Elite Preferred" Remodeler. There are only 3 companies in Indiana with this James Hardie Certification and Re-side has always had the highest rating (96%) as rated by James Hardie customers. Don't make a mistake and hire a James Hardie siding installer based on price alone... approximately 60% of Fiber Cement installs are done incorrectly and have no warranty. "Due to a hailstorm in Spring 2017, the vinyl siding of our home had been damaged and had been recommended for full replacement by our insurance. For about a year, we contemplated between the options of replacing the siding with vinyl or upgrading to James Hardie siding, the latter being twice the insurance proceeds. Re-side was one of the local contractors listed on the James Hardie website as an approved installer for this type of siding. The owner, David Mills explained in great detail the features of JH siding, the need to replace some of the house trim to boral and how the entire project would proceed from start to finish. From the first time we met him, David came across as a reliable and trustworthy individual and made us feel comfortable in handling a complex and expensive job such as this. The whole process took approximately 10 work days. His team removed and replaced our old vinyl siding with James Hardie plank, added new boral trim and exhaust vents, repainted all the exterior trim, garage door and added new gutters and downspouts. The crew was extremely professional and courteous and did an excellent job. The end result looks fantastic and was worth the extra money. I would highly recommend this company for the high quality of their work and professionalism.

"We hired Spivey to add a sunroom and deck to our home. They also replaced all of our siding at the same time. From start to finish, they were top-notch all the way. We had friends who had used them, including three who each used them for various projects twice. Joe Bailey's ideas for our project were so on target with what we wished to see in the end result. The project manager Tim along with each and every person who worked on our job were amazing and very skilled at their craft.
