He repaired our leaking refrigerator and gave us options for fixing our leaking washing machine, which we will follow up on later. Jose was pleasant to work with. He is a nice guy. We kept Jose's card taped to our appliances so we can call him again in the future.

The work needed was for a washing machine in a rental that I have. The washing machine would not empty the water after a load. It turned out the water pump was broken. Also the refrigerator was leaking. He fixed the tube that went to the ice maker. He fixed everything well and there have been no future problems.

I purchased an extended guaranty when I purchased a dishwasher. I called the number provided by Airport Appliances and requested a service to fix my washing machine the lady took all my information and set up an appointment for 11/10/20 also gave me a couple of local phone numbers to call in case they were not coming to the appointment. the technician came and told me that he had to order a part that was going to take a week , second week passed by and I didn’t hear from them then I Texted them since that’s the only way of communication with this company, next day I got a Tex message saying that the shipment it was coming on 11/24/20, again I did not hear from this people and sent another message this time they told me that there was a discrepancy with the manufacturer shipment and did know when they were going to receive the shipment . I sent a tex mess and expressed my dissatisfaction because it was taking so long to fix my washing machine , that was the last time I head from them they decided to ignore my tex messages. . I visited Airport Appliance and expressed my dissatisfaction with the extended guarantee they have sold me. And indeed they followed it up and on 12/30/20 the technician showed up and told me that they didn’t have the correct phone # which was such a lie then the Washing machine had water in it and it looked that he didn’t know how to empty it out and he called his supervisor Liza she told him that machine has to be empty and told the technician to go to his next appointment I told the guy you better be kidding I have been waiting all this time I said I will empty it out ad he replied no I’m not going to fix it make another appointment and he left, it took me less that five minutes to empty the machine. . I asked him that I needed to speak to his. supervisor and he gave me a business card that’s how I found out that I was dealing with Appliance Repair Heroes , this company is irresponsible ,unprofessional, dishonest , I don’t understand how they still on business. I no longer trust them I don’t want to deal with them they should be ashamed of themselves . Inssuranse they sold me

Agile Appliance was the best communicator amongst the firms I contacted through Angies list. On time arrival for the service call. The part we needed was discontinued on my 20 year old washer, but Frank found the part on eBay and contacted me back. Will definitely use Agile again.

Wellll, it would have been better if it were fixable. The machine’s electronics failed and is longer made....not able to get replacement parts easily. Would likely have been more expensive to replace all parts that had failed than just buy new. The Fix Em Repair Man was very thorough and up front with the issues. Will definitely recommend. A bit of miscommunication to start with but a very stormy day causing everything to slow down.

They came out the day after Christmas, diagnosed the problem and order the parts. They were prompt in communication and very professional throughout the process. They solved the problem with a fair price for parts and labor.

Our Whirlpool washing machine is about 20 years old. The Washing Machine stopped agitating and spinning. Luan Pham showed up on time. He seem very trustworthy. He seem quite capable. He got the job done very efficiently (in about an hour) at a very low cost. I can now put off spending $1400 buying new washer and dryer for a bit longer.

They came the next day and told us what was the matter. They ordered the part and 2 days later came back out and fixed it. It runs great. Good customer service and response time. They always called in advance and came on time (a miracle in any contracting typo business).

Came the same day I called. He was quick and not talkative. I had to ask him to show me what was wrong and how to prevent it, but when I did, he responded and showed me the problem. From arrival to departure it was 20 minutes. He charged a $55 service call fee, $30 labor fee and the rest was parts and tax.

I found Mark easy to communicate with. I left a message for him over the weekend, he called me same day to get model number info to do some research. I had already repaired one part of a problem I had discovered by going on YouTube, which uncovered another issue that was beyond what I was able to repair. Mark scheduled an appointment, was prompt in coming, assessed what needed to be accomplished and advised it was a two person job and needed parts. Rescheduled a day to come out, again prompt in showing up, communicated well, reaffirmed that it was a great machine, they don' t make them like that any more, validated my thought on wanting to keep this machine fixed, as I couldn't find anything new to replace it. Then found another issue that was wrong with it, advised he thought I could fix it based on my history with fixing the other problem. Ordered the part and I was able to install that part, my machine works like I have a brand new machine, just like Mark said. This was a very positive experience for me, would definitely call him and use his services again!
