When they were on site, the roofing crew communicated with us throughout the process and did a superior job on the roof.     Fantastic! Patrick Pearson, our salesman, showed us several types of roofing that he recommended, and we chose a DaVinci roof, which was beautiful. The work was completed in 3.5 days without a glitch. Patrick has a dedicated crew of 8, all of whom worked very hard and very well together. (The same crew has been with Patrick for 8 years.) They also assigned a quality control person who regularly checked with us and kept a close eye on the work. The result is amazing! My husband and I agree that we've NEVER had such great customer service. During the work, a couple of people came by to get Patrick's contact information; one of them said they had been watching how well the crew worked together and were very impressed

    Bruce, the owner showed up and did the inspection. He fully walked through everything with me. Knowing I'm a first time home owner and this is the first roof I've had replaced. He gave me some tips of things other companies try to sell you on, and was honest about it. Answered all questions. Very patient and understanding. They do a great job of keeping you informed when they will be coming, and how the process will work. Crew showed up early, and got to work on time. Completed all in 1 day by 3pm. Cleaned up everything, yard looked better than when they arrived. Being family owned you get the more personal service, and not corporate money/sales driven like bigger corporate type companies. The biggest thing I liked was the fact Bruce has been doing this for a long time and knows what he's talking about. Other larger companies that gave quotes; this was a part-time sales job for them, and they knew nothing really about what they were selling

    My 91 year old mother needed a new roof. I had to work with her uncooperative insurance company for several months to get approval, only to find out that the rotted decking had not been included. Blue Ribbon stayed with our claim for 5 months sending endless paperwork to the insurance company. They were able to make the insurance company pay double what was initially offered to my mom. Roof looks fantastic, clean up was done quickly and throughly. Excellent company with honest and hard working people. I only wish I could give them more than 5 stars
