Bill Susa supervised the construction of over 1100 luxury homes from the grading process to final move-in of new homeowners. In 2008 this experience and relationships established, were joined to form Long Beach based Susa Residential Construction, Inc. and has enjoyed success in the remodeling, additions, and new custom home business in Los Angeles and Orange County.

Excellent. With a major project a lot can go wrong but this project went very well and we could not be more pleased with the entire process and the finished results.
Description of Work
Renovation of 75% of a single family home. They transformed the house by creating an open concept downstairs and reconfigured the upstairs. Added a new powder room downstairs. Complete re-do of the kitchen. Added an office upstairs and created an additional master bedroom upstairs (we now have dual masters - one upstairs and one downstairs). They also added an additional walk-in closet and a new master bath. Like I mentioned, about 75% of the house was brand new after Susa Construction completed work. Both Mr and Mrs Susa and their entire team were great to have worked with. We will certainly seek their services again and would recommend them to anyone.
