S&W has an app that allows you to know exactly what is scheduled each day, what is planned and easily connect with the team. All of the subcontractors were pleasant, respectful and helpful. I am sure it wasn’t easy, one bathroom is on 2nd story, one on 3rd story. I had a vision of what I wanted, shared that and pictures with Kirsten and she helped me through all of the processes. I picked out things that I knew I wanted and she helped guide me in areas I was unsure. We built the house 20 years ago and kept putting off doing the bathrooms. Now I am so happy, I should have done it sooner. I highly recommend S&W, they were fantastic to work with. And huge thanks to Shirley A who helped set me up with Kirsten to keep personal friendship and business separate
- Arce Remodeling CorpWe hired Arce Remodeling through Angi to demo and replace our dropped ceiling in the kitchen. It was an antiquated rectangle in our kitchen with plexiglass panels bent upward with fan in the middle. Arce professionals made numerous suggestions that we agreed to implement. In particular they recommended a herring bone design in the top which came out specular. They also installed four can lights as recommended and they provide plenty of light along with a second option of amber low light feature. Additionally they installed a new ceiling fan. The amber low light of the can lights along with the new ceiling fan is beautiful. Painters then came in the applied two different coats the project. The result was beyond our exceptions. All of the workers were professional, on time and cleaned up after themselves. Jesse the president stayed in contact with us throughout the entire project. All work was done within the quoted price and payment was available through a web portal. We highly recommend them and would definitely use again

The one downside to our project was how long it took to do the work. Ten weeks is a long time. Admittedly, a small room like our bathroom meant that only one person could work in it at a time. "Did a fantastic job, They removed the bathtub, the walls, put in a new drain line on the floor and put in a ceramic tiles, and glass doors, a brushed nickel on the door frame and the fixtures. they put in a terazo tiles on the wall top and on the window seal. He also put in a corner seat and 6 soap dishes. The price was very reasonable. Great responsiveness, he went with us in the tiles shop to help us pick the tiles. They were a nice company to work with, they were there on time everyday.
