Great working with Gal. He was responsive and professional and quality of the work done for my kitchen remodel was fantastic. Not an inexpensive contractor but they do great work with good service and I feel you do get what you pay for.

Clean Cut Stone and David with his guys did a terrific work , they started the job on 8:00am, like David have promised me earlier, when he came for the measurement of the kitchen. They cover floors from entryway to kitchen with paper and blankets, they had to do few cuts , and it was a very precise cuts . They job took them about 7 hours ,I was very impressed with the company i will use them again...

Kitchen remodels are hard. The most important room in the house is off-line. One of your bathrooms has to become a default sink in kitchen. So it takes a lot of patience to live in the house while your kitchen is being remodeled. Everything went basically according to plan there were some delays because of supply chain issues and changes that we wanted made that were not part of the original plan. But all in all we got through it fine. Tom in his right hand man, Adam, were responsive to our needs and if any problems came up they took care of it. Tom is exceptionally patient and good natured. Same for Adam. I would definitely use them again.

This my experience with Horizon Construction and Remodeling, and why I recommend them. This is the second time that I have hired a contractor. The first time was a bathroom remodel, and it was a disaster, so I was very apprehensive about hiring another contractor. We needed to remodel our kitchen, so I had no choice. I did my due diligence and research and called three companies to interview. All three I had no prior knowledge of or experience with. Out of the three bids, there was a high, a medium, and a low. After talking to them one more time I went with the medium bid company. That company is called Horizon Construction and Remodeling. It turns out I made the right choice. My experience with this company is the complete opposite from my first experience with a contractor. My Project Manager was Mark, who did an outstanding job of keeping the project moving quickly efficiently. His crews showed up on time, were professional and did quality work, from plumbing to electrical to framing to painting to cabinets all were done to my satisfaction. If something was not done to my satisfaction (which was rare), I just let Mark know about it and he would send someone to either redo or touch-up the work. Mark would visit the job site frequently. I feel Mark is honest and has his customer’s best interest at heart. There were a couple of times when he could have charged me extra money for items that came up during the project, but he did not. Like any project we had to make some changes along the way, and Mark is very willing to work with you to make sure that you get what you want. Mark will listen to your ideas plus he has many ideas himself. He helped us a lot with our kitchen design. They started my project Oct. 11, 2001. My wife and I were hoping to have the project done by Christmas. They had it done in 7 weeks in time for Thanksgiving! The inside staff is led be Enna. They make sure everything is ordered on time. They even arrange for inspections. They are very polite and efficient and responsive. We are doing our doors and windows next and we going to have Horizon Construction and Design do the work. My husband and I went through Angie’s List to obtain a list of contractors for our kitchen remodel. At the time, we were still debating between a 100% gut job or a more minor remodel so we interviewed 3 possible candidates. Adam and his brother, Jonathan from A+1 Design and Remodeling came to our home and listened to our design wishes. What immediately impressed us was how Adam took my design ideas (which I obtained from watching many DIY shows) and improving the design for a better layout, adding storage space, and an island. Before selecting A+ Design and Remodeling firm, we discussed timelines, projected remodeling costs, as well as our mutual expectations his company would provide both during and after the remodel. We were surprised at the 3 month projected timeline which Adam assured us was the realistic average even if DIY shows showed 3 weeks! Demolition began in September which was bad timing on our part due to the many upcoming year-end holidays. There were some delays, although most of the work was accomplished in a timely manner. Every workman who showed up was highly professional at his job, they took extreme care to minimize the noise level and dust debris since I was working from home at the time. The workman communicated with us when they were returning if the job took more than 1 day to complete. They always cleaned up after themselves at the days end. Adam or Jonathan maintained contact with us when delays were experienced and kept us informed on the next stage of the work to be done. The project eventually took 4 ½ months to complete from start to finish. Adam’s vision of the entire kitchen project far exceeded our expectations due to the materials used, workmanship, and overall design. We are extremely pleased with the end result and have already referred A+1 Design to several people we know. Our own and friends reaction to the final result is the same, WOW!

We were very happy with the work Finesse did remodeling our kitchen. From our first meeting, Avi was always professional and did a great job explaining how the project would unfold, even for areas where there were unknowns, like lead and asbestos abatement. His positive outlook made us confident the project would be successful, which in the midst of a pandemic with numerous supply chain issues was very reassuring. Both he and Joyce were always accessible and responsive and quick to resolve any concerns we had. And the work crews were great; we particularly appreciate the multi-talented Luis and all the quality work he did and that he supervised on the project. We would recommend Finesse without reservation.

Our kitchen was remodeled by Mark Besnos and Enna at Horizon Construction and Remodeling. We chose them after seeing all the great reviews on the Houzz app. When we walked into their showroom, we were warmly greeted by Diana who made us feel very comfortable. Their product display made it easy for us to put our ideas together. Mark’s crew did a wonderful job. Kudos to his crew, they really worked hard. Joel Chavez was a standout carpenter/jack of all trades doing much of the major work and tying together any imperfections and any loose ends that arose with a great attitude, expertise, and skill. He’s quite an asset to Horizon. Antonio Garcia who did our fabulous backsplash and Tom Tzur was the electrician. Mark ensured that each phase of the project was done correctly and completed on time (about 8 weeks). We gutted and replaced our 80’s kitchen (10’ by 10’) including the small dining area. We kept the same layout but switched the positions of the sink, stove and refrigerator. Enna helped with all the communication and paperwork and scheduling of the inspections, payments etc. Thanks to Mark, Enna, and their crew, we have a beautiful modern kitchen with two toned white and blue cabinets. Lessons Learned: 1. Stick to your budget and have extra funds for unforeseen things because for sure there will always be something that will come up. Understand what is and is not included in your contract. Don’t just assume that everything is included. 2. Be flexible with your time. There is a general outline of what jobs will be done in order mostly during the weekdays but things may change with short notice. 3. Check that your materials/colors are in stock before you sign your contract. Due to the Covid and political environment, some materials may take longer to get or not at all. Some newer colors may cost more. 4. Look at your cabinet colors in every light. We first looked at an espresso-colored cabinet that looked like black in shade and looked light cherry colored under the full sun. 5. Know what crown molding you want for the top of your cabinets…having pictures will help. 6. Ask Mark if you are not sure of any detail or work that has to be done. Do not wing it…else any fixes may cost you extra. 7. For lighting such as chandeliers, measure everything. Use you tube to learn to measure your lighting fixtures. 8. Certain changes such as electrical, structural will require city permits and inspections. Your city’s inspector’s availability will cause delays up to one week. 9. Choose your grout color for the backsplash…apparently there’s a ton of them (we were looking at different shades of grey because white is too hard to clean). 10. Choose your door and doorknobs ahead of time. Check to make sure it works including deadbolt after it’s been installed. 11. Choose your baseboard style and size. 12. Choose your light dimmers switches. 13. Backsplash, one tile was an off color so be sure to inspect the backsplash, so if any tile is an off color you can ask to replace it with one of your other tiles, you will have extra tiles to work with. 14. Save a cabinet piece in case you need to do future touchups. You can go to the paint store to have them match the color.

My neighbor recommended me Better Together Builders as a very trustworthy contractor. I decided to remodel my kitchen so I contacted them. I contacted also other contractors, but decided to go with Better Together Builders, their offer was unbeatable. Ziggy, project manager, was professional, respectful and communication with his was great. He was always available and ready to help. The rest of the team was also phenomenal, always on time, hard workers and well organized. They finished my kitchen within promised time, promised quality and at very affordable costs. After I contacted many contractor and received their offers on my kitchen remodel I decided to hire Better Together Builders. They gave me most realistic offer and we agreed on all terms of work unlike some other companies. Yanni and his team started this project on time and everything went great. They finished with no issues, within my budget and at promised quality of work. And my new kitchen looks amazing! This is very trustworthy company and I would recommend them to all friends, neighbors and family.

Made arrangements in the fall for a design consultation the beginning of Jan. Called and called and called. I finally told them a date had been set and was set for the date we could do it and if they continued to call, we would cancel completely. They quite calling. Designer showed up on time. I honestly wasn't very impressed. We felt pressured--this is the price today kind of thing. We had seen work of the company so we ended up going with them even though they seemed a little high. I don't know if designers work on commission but he kept telling us about the remodel he had written up "yesterday for $30,000." Once everything was ordered and decided, we never heard from the designer again. Project manager was great. We were informed every step of the way--who would be coming and when. All of the craftsmen were fabulous! The guys who removed the countertop (very neat and professional) did some damage to one of the walls that wasn't going to have the backsplash. Reborn sent out a painter to texture the wall and prepare for painting. They used the backsplash we had already purchased. It came out absolutely gorgeous! Neat, professional, friendly. The craftsmen were great to work with. Mostly an "A" rating except for that designer and his attitude which forced us to give them an overall "B" rating.

From my experience Better together Builders is highly recommended contractor. They did my kitchen and it was a full remodel. Ziggy, project manager, was very helpful, with his great suggestions he save me some money and I bought a high quality materials at very competitive price. His team worked hard every day to finish this project on time, which they did. The outcome is excellent and my new kitchen looks amazing and also is very functional. I highly recommend this company!

My expectations were outweighed and I was extremely satisfied at the finished result. California Skyline did a great job remodeling my kitchen. Joe and his team really know what they are doing, they were very professional and clean. Every day after they would finish up they made sure to clean up after themselves. After meeting and talking to 5 contractors to remodel our old kitchen, we unanimously decided to go with Superior Home Remodeling. Eran, our project manager, came well-prepared, very professional, organized and knowledgeable. The project started on time and Eran and his crew were great.
