We had a pipe burst which cause a lot of damage and Tom was able to restore the house to better than before. He gave us practical and cost conscious options and made some really great suggestions about design and features. Tom and his crew restored our hardwood floors, gutted and rebuilt the kitchen, dealt with plumbing and electrical, and painted the walls and trim among several other things. We are so happy with the final result – it looks extremely high quality, professional, and modern! Tom was a pleasure to work with. We found him to be an extremely patient, responsive, and communicative. He was on-site frequently and very easy to reach. I don't think Tom ever let more than an hour go by in responding to a call or txt message – usually it was closer to 5 minutes which really speaks to his level of customer service. His whole crew was very friendly, knowledgeable, and fast working. I highly recommend Tom and would definitely work with him again in the future

There was one question I had on something in the bathroom that was so nitty I almost didn’t want to bring it up, and within an hour someone was back in my apartment peeling up tile so that the issue could be fixed and we would be perfectly satisfied with the work. Bernie was patient and understanding whenever we showed up at the showroom with questions and changes. He kept us informed about any delays in getting the materials and what that meant in the time frame in completing the job (job was completed on time). The men assigned to do the project were friendly and patient with m asking a million questions during the whole process. They took extra care to make sure our floors and stairs were covered and protected at all times and at the end of the day they explained what they did and cleaned up everything. A supervisor came by each day to check with the progress and talked with us about any concerns we may have had. The quality of their work is second to none, we have received many compliments on the overall job and one of our neighbors contacted Bernie and to do their bathroom project. The showroom has many styles and colors to chose from and a large selection of bathroom fixtures to chose from. "This review is for experience of getting quote only - Pros: - Responsive by text and accessible by email - A - Reasonable pricing for some work, though was able to accommodate overall budget (~15K) - C Cons: - Attitude: came off as dismissive towards "small" projects (15K), lacking professionalism - D - May not be best option if looking for design ideas or services beyond just paying for labor Got quotes from Quality Renovations on two separate occasions. Both times, the liaison was responsive via email and phone/text. However, ended up not going with them due to 1) lack of follow up the first time and 2) poor attitude the second time. Quotes provided were reasonable for the most part (may not be the best price you are going to get piecemeal, but able to stay within a reasonable budget), so could be right contractor if you have a job where you are just looking for someone to do the work. Not your best options if you are also looking for suggestions for design ideas/suggestions or beyond bare bones service (attitude was dismissive toward 'small projects'). While renovations in general can be a painful process, and level of customer service varies widely, no one appreciate poor attitude especially when customer was very reasonable and accommodating in requests throughout the process.
