    We called several contractors for quotes on building a pool and So Cal Builders was one of the ones who actually came to the house. He was very knowledgeable and made it feel like he was helping us come up with some great ideas. Some of the other contractors that came to the house and gave us quotes were pretty stingy when it came to creative ideas, they didn't really allow us to put to much of our input in. But that was not the case with So Cal Builders, it was really nice to feel like we were being heard and they had some fantastic ideas and found ways to save us money. Currently we had to put our project off until next year (personal reasons), but as soon as we are ready to break ground, I know who my first call will be to. Keep up the good work guys

    Pacific Paradise Pools did a really great job for us. Our +30 year old pool and spa needed major work and we wanted to change things around to update and improve our backyard. We spent a lot of time researching and talking to different contractors before going with Pacific and it was the right choice. They communicated well with us in the design phase, making adjustments to what our "vision" of the project was to be. Construction went smoothly, on time and within budget except when we, as the owners, wanted minor changes made. The final project really was transformative in terms of not simply the pool but the entire backyard. I can't say enough about everyone associated with the project - Paradise Pools, their sub-contractors and the individual employees who worked on each phase of construction. The site was cleaned up and secured after each days work and they kept us informed every step of the way. The results really exceed our original expectations

    I can't say enough good things about Top Leader Construction. We had our bathroom totally renovated including a new tub, lights, toilet, vanity, and floor to ceiling tiles. Jason was a great communicator throughout the job and the work was done on time and within the budget. He even came at the end to inspect the work and had some of the tiles redone to his satisfaction. This was our first experience doing work on our apartment and it couldn't have gone better. Will definitely call them again for future projects

Oren was on time, super professional, and was very genuine. He understood my needs and didn’t persuade me into a bath remodel or room addition. He understood the real estate market and went right to work with his team of experts. In less than several months from the day we gave the approval for the turnaround remodeling project, they had transformed our house into a gorgeous house ready to place on the market. The quality was superior, and they left the house each night very neat and tidy. I really liked the crew they were polite and professional. I give them my highest recommendation.     We live in a new Toll Brothers development so we needed landscaping from the ground up. We loved Scott's plan for our home so off we went on this adventure! It took nearly a full year (Covid didn't help) for everything to be finished but we couldn't be happier with the result. Our landscaping is beautiful, in our opinion best in the neighborhood! So excited to be using our pool and slide. Kiddos love it! Our project manager Frank is the best. He made sure slide steps and platform were safe for the kiddos and kept everything running smoothly. He was always available when we had questions and/or concerns. We are living the outdoor life this spring!

    I was not very impressed with the 3D renderings, but I was extremely impressed with the contractor himself. Our project was for a pool remodel, and so we ended up deciding to use someone who specializes in pools, but we will definitely be using him in the future for other projects.

We have worked with Oren at SOD Home Group more hten once now and each time we ended with a great experience and perfect results. Our first remodeling project was a complete kitchen, bathroom, living room, & the dining room. Not only they delivered what we wanted… but they also finished few weeks before the promised schedule and within the budget - amazing and honestly - unheard of! Our recent remodeling project was building a pool and spa in our backyard. Again we were very impressed with the knowledge, advice, design and efficiency the team gave us. From start to finish Oren was on hand to guide us through every stage of the process, and having never built a pool before we were extremely grateful for his expertise and patience. No question was too big or small (and believe me we had a lot of questions!) and he was always quick to respond and troubleshoot anything that came up which gave us such peace of mind throughout. Received a call back within a couple of hours after contacting him and his crew could start the following week. We were in need of designing a new pool (now that we are home because of COVID), hardscape, landscape stucco work, and outdoor kitchen. His crew was efficient, thorough, and professional. His teams were particularly a pleasure to work with. When you see Jacob, you can see how passionate he is about his profession, very detailed, and his suggestions enhanced the overall look. Jacob and his team exceeded our expectations and our house looks great. I would highly recommend
