    Miller was the one who started the inspection. He was very polite and professional and was able to answer all my questions and concerns. He game me a run down of what he recommended and we scheduled the treatment. Ruben called before he arrived, went over the details and started as soon as he finished explaining. He showed me pictures of the work and then gave me some recommendations on parts of the home that may need work in the future. He also stated the work had a year guarantee in case there were any issue. Thanks guys and I hope everybody else's experience is the same as mine

    I hired All Star Animal Trapping to get a dead skunk from under my house. I smelled something funky under and thought it was a gas leak. The water and gas company came out and said it was a skunk smell not a gas leak. Then i hired all star animal trapping to get the job done. Their technician Javier went under my house in a tight crawlspace and was able to locate the skunk! It smelled horrible but he was able to get it out of their and they were even able to seal the hole that it was able to get in from that same day

    After returning home from a Christmas vacation, I found severe water stains on my ceilings. That hard rain we had here in Los Angeles made getting a new roof a priority for me. I looked at several contractors and chose AG Home Solutions (they were not the cheapest) because I felt I would get good service from them. And indeed I did! After working out the details with Gilbert Tzep, the owner, we set a date to start. I have an Airbnb so I had to block time off for the work to be done. Gilbert's crews showed up on time and got straight to work. Each phase of the job was handled by different crews (with some overlap) and everyone was very professional, knowledgeable, cordial, with great attention to detail. As I said I have an Airbnb so the whole of my house and garden is important to look good for my business. They listened to my concerns and were very respectful. But beyond looking good, the work done was excellent! In some instances they were downright fastidious in making sure the job was well done, not only to my satisfaction, but for the inspector as well. AG Home Solutions did a complete and thorough job! It was quite something to see them vacuum out the old insulation so they could put down new! Every phase of putting on the new roof was handled with great care. I had them use redwood when they needed to replace old wood. They repaired everything that needed it and then painted the new to match. My new roof looks fabulous! It is Owens Corning and comes with a 50 year warranty. It doesn't get better than that! Yes, we had a couple of issues along the way, what job doesn't? but how they were resolved is key. AG Home Solutions always worked it out so that I was happy and comfortable with the outcome. Leo a manager too (also very knowledgeable) was very instrumental in insuring that everything went smoothly and was a delight to work with. Thank you AG
