"Crew arrived on time, were very efficient, did a great job (no asphalt "oopsies"), left our project clean, and so far (2 months) the slurry is holding up better than expected compared to previous slurry jobs we've had completed. Project was private drive for 4 homes, about 4,000 sf. Crew cleaned driveway w/blower, sealed cracks, laid down quality slurry mix, and shaved down a couple asphalt bumps (due to buried pipes) to level out the FS. All-in-all a quality job and will look forward to having Landmark Paving come back in 3 years or so to repeat same.

"<hr /> The only blip was that after I paid for Angies online Special, I was to be contacted--I assumed by phone. &nbsp; Pedro did contact me by email &nbsp;and had suggested a date, &nbsp; I hadn't noticed the email. &nbsp;So when he showed up I was surprised, but it worked out Ok. <br /> I was happy w/ Pedro and was surprised that in addition to the driveway, he also took on an asphalted &nbsp;bank below a block wall coverd w/ creeping fig. &nbsp;Prior to cleaning and coating this, they trimmed away some low foliage, using tools I provided. <br /> Pedro was friendly and helpful,, his team was proficient and did a nice job of cutting in the lines between the asphalt and the concrete on three of the sides. <br /> I had received some prior estimates, and the $375 special was well below other estimates <br />

We found George's Asphalt online through a vetting type of service when we were doing some research online about having a quality driveway put in. I was impressed with Danny of Master In Design; he was prompt to arrive, which was essential for me; respect of my time. The ideas he had were creative and utilized the entire space we had, even though it was not the cheapest idea it was the best idea. The office staff and crew were very nice to work with, clean, precise, professional and quality conscious very impressive! "The quote was exactly what was produced. They worked as promised, laid rebar sufficient to hold the concrete, cut the design to avoid cracking, were professional, courteous, and clean. They completed the job in the time that was estimated. They removed all the old concrete, sod and soil as was needed. "SC contractor had been working on a large project on my neighbor's property for a couple weeks. They seemed very professional and my neighbor was happy with them so I asked them to give me a quote on a retaining wall.&nbsp; <br>Sef came over and gave me a quote. After comparing with 3 other contractors I found him very competitive, plus I knew that it would be professional as I had seen his work. <br>As his price was under budget,&nbsp;we decided to add a curved concrete staircase and add a few steps on the side of the property.&nbsp; <br> <br>Sef did not request any money upfront and promised me he would not go over what we had agreed on. They started when they said they would and worked very hard for a week. Sef took care of scheduling everything. The sub contractors he hired (concrete delivery, pumping, and stucco) were very professional. As a matter of fact his stucco team was better than the one my GC had hired on another project.&nbsp; <br>The wall and stairs came out better than expected. Even a few months after the work has been done, I'm still very impressed by the quality of their work.&nbsp; <br> <br>I already recommended them to a couple of my neighbors and will certainly use them again if I need concrete work. <br> <br>
