    Steve, who is the owner, did an exceptional job working to remove the stains from our 15 year-old carpet and our dog’s favorite chair. I had thought the carpet was a complete loss, but Steve worked incredibly hard to make sure the stains were gone and the carpet was as good as absolutely possible. I think we’ll be able to eek out a couple more years with the carpet after Steve performed his magic. Our dog’s favorite chair looks markedly better as well. It was easy to set up an appointment and they were very prompt. Kenny (Service) performed the cleaning, and he was very courteous and respectful. His communication was great, and he explained in detail all the steps in cleaning the carpet. When he was finished, the spotty beige carpet turned back to its original cream color and looked brand new. The price was reasonable, and we could not ask for better service.
