It was a pleasure working with her, the project manager, and the other professionals working on the project, who were very considerate.     I have a condo in an older building and they did an amazing gut remodel of my bathroom. Everyone was prompt, professional and very nice. Magda and Anna were super helpful and gave me great design advice. In addition to doing beautiful work, Maciek (project manager) and Jacek provided great communication, assisted with deliveries and found solutions to additional problems when they arose

    We recently finished a kitchen renovation with M&L Remodeling. We are very pleased with the results. Matt was easy to work with throughout the whole process. I talked to 2 other contractors and 4 remodeling companies before hiring Matt. We definitely hired the right person! Matt and his worker, John did exactly what we wanted perfectly. They are highly skilled and very hard working. They worked from 7am to 5pm everyday and finished our project in 5 weeks. Our home is almost 100 yrs old. Matt was careful during the demolition. Matt had some good ideas too. He found 6 feet of unused space in the wall and built a spice cabinet next to the stove. Our kitchen is now more functional and beautiful! I highly recommend M&L Remodeling

Joe and his team of professionals were prompt, precise, organized, cleaned up after work was done, communicated well throughout the process and gave advice and suggestions on products and materials. I trusted Joe and his team with my home as we were out of town during the majority of this total kitchen rehab project. (Kitchen was taken down to studs, water lines, gas lines and electrical was all reconfigured) We are extremely satisfied with end product!     Jakubek is a reliable family business, and we absolutely loved working with the father-son duo (David&Robert). They were on top of the project from the start, giving us a clear understanding of what to expect in what phase and their estimates were fair with clear breakdowns (unlike other companies giving you quotes based on fluffy assumptions). They have a good team of workers who did an excellent job in both our bathrooms, which we renovated, so the work included several things from structure change to tile installation, electrical, plumbing and handy services. More than the people or the work itself though, we appreciated the project management and communication from David. David constantly communicating and sharing updates on the project helped us move smoothly and stay on top of everything. We love our bathrooms now, and we feel like we live in a totally new home because both bathrooms completely changed! We look forward to working together with them again soon for our basement and cannot recommend them to you enough - you can thank us later :
