Well.ca ships using multiple delivery partners. A tracking number and carrier will be assigned to your order prior to leaving our warehouse. Delivery timelines are determined at the carrier level and will be accessible to you via your tracking number.

Rexall/In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup is secure collection point option for those that do not wish their Well.ca order to be delivered directly to their home address. You will be notified via email when your order is available for pick-up. Orders that have not been picked up within 7 days of the initial pick-up date may be returned to the Well.ca warehouse and refunded to the original method of payment.

Airstage Locations

Locations where mail must be airlifted more than 6+ months of the year. Click here for a full list of postal codes ineligible for free economy shipping*

Remote Locations

Northern regions and remote areas - a location that is far removed from major urban centres or that receives infrequent service. All remote areas are listed in Table 9.

US Orders

US orders below $99 CAD are subject to a $24.99 shipping fee. Orders of $99 CAD or more will see shipping fees confirmed during checkout, based on cart contents and delivery address.

Order cancellation is a time-sensitive action and is not always possible once an order has been placed. Please reach out to our Customer Care team as soon as possible. If cancellation is not possible at time of contact, our Customer Care Team can help facilitate a return upon delivery (excluding final sale items, please refer to the returns tab for full list).

Please double check all order details thoroughly prior to placing your order as we are unable to add additional products or edit details of your order after it has been placed. If you've made an error in your order please contact our Customer Care team immediately for best assistance.

Our goal at Well.ca is to ensure that you are totally satisfied with your shopping experience. We accept returns of unopened products up to 60 days after the date of purchase. Opened or used products, or any items marked as non-refundable/Final sale are not within our return guidelines. We are currently unable to accept returns from US locations.

Please contact our Customer Care team to initiate your return. Where a return is possible, a prepaid shipping label will be provided to you, to facilitate return of the item(s) to Well.ca.

We cannot accept any returns from products in the following categories:
