How does delivery work?

We deliver next business day to most areas of Ontario, and in 3-5 business days outside of Ontario. Delivery is dependent on submission timing and location. When submitting your refill request, select Delivery as your Method, complete your details & select fill! Our delivery is contactless! You will be notified when your order is sent out. Your delivery will need to be accepted by an adult.

How can I return my Well.ca Pharmacy order?

How can I talk to a pharmacist?

You can find your pharmacy's contact details below. The pharmacist is happy to help with any of your health and medication questions. If you have any questions about over the counter medications, side effects, drug interactions, and more, please call the pharmacist. Whenever you submit a fill request for a new prescription the pharmacist will call you to discuss your medication(s).

Can I get the same brand or generic medication I'm used to?

Absolutely! You can add special instructions when requesting a fill or refill to let us know your brand preference.

Can I add a family member to my account?

Yes! In your Pharmacy profile, select My Family Members in the Menu bar. Select Add A Family Member and complete the online registration for your family members profile!

Can I combine my Well.ca Pharmacy order with my regular Well.ca product order for delivery?

No. Your Well.ca Pharmacy order (for prescription medication) cannot be combined with your regular Well.ca product order for delivery.
