    Complete roof job and gutters completed to our house back in 2013 but I did not have access to a Complement/Recommend this contractor tool. I know it was a few years ago but they did a terrific job on a very steep, multi-vaulted roof and we have had no problem, still works and looks terrific. What also impressed me was their clean-up job on the property after the job was done. It was cleaner than when they started!!!     We needed to replace the gutters on both our home and garage. I contacted Giron Roofing, after seeing the nice job they did on our neighbors roof. Lester came out to inspect the gutters and took note of a couple of tricky connections. He followed up with the two quotes I requested in about 3 business days. After getting back to him with my choice, he was able to schedule the work the next week. The morning of the installation, we were told 8 am; they knocked on the door at 7:59. They finished in less than 3 ½ hours and the work was excellent. They replaced a previously clunky intersection with a much more elegant (and quiet) Y funnel and were able to come up with a solution to a problematic downspout on the back of our garage. Communication was excellent throughout. It wasn’t a huge job, but I will definitely go back to this company in the future for any roofing needs I have. Thank you, Lester and the roofing team at Giron

    Interstate Roofing installed a new roof and gutters on our home in July 2021. Everyone we worked with in sales, office staff, roofing, and gutter installation was professional and great to work with. The bid was very complete and clear. All of their key staff have been with Interstate for at least 25 years. That says a lot about the company. The roof took under three days to complete. Within two hours of the install crew finishing the dumpster and portable toilet had been taken away and a supervisor had come to do a complete inspection of the roof. That was amazing to us. Gutters are done by a separate crew after the roofing work is complete. The new 6” gutters and oversize downspouts with ground level cleanouts look good and work great. You may be able to find a slightly lower bid than Interstate, but you get what you pay for! Your roof is not the project to go with anyone but the best. They did an outstanding job and we highly recommend them

    We have lived in our 110 year old Portland bungalow for 25 years and done many improvement projects over the years. Steve Gibson and Gibson Roofing rank among the best we have ever used, and we would absolutely call Steve for a variety of home projects. We contacted seven companies for bids on our new roof, which included a full tear off. Half the house and the garage never had plywood underneath the shingles. We also needed new gutters/downspouts. In addition to that, We needed straightening of the corbels That support the roof above the large front porch. Steve and his crews were able to commit to complete all of these tasks within an agreed upon time frame. We highly recommend Steve Gibson because: 1. From his very first meeting with us, we appreciated his politeness, wide range of experience in the home construction business, and attentiveness to us personally and to what our needs and expectations were. 2. He NEVER tried to encourage us to buy services or supplies that we did not need. 3. He always listened carefully to both of us, and kept a close ear to our desire for esthetics to our home. He clearly valued our house as “our home,” not just our piece of property. 4. His bid was very detailed, item by item. It was also the lowest of the seven bids we had. 5. He kept in close contact answering questions we had along the way, and kept us aware of changes due to weather, or any product supply details that may have changed.     A Cut Above Exteriors does phenomenal work! They removed cedar shingles on my home and replaced them with Hardie planks. I am thrilled with how it turned out! The entire team at A Cut Above Exteriors has been delightful to work with every step of the way. They clearly care about the quality of their work and do top notch work! With Josh developing the plan and Randy overseeing the project, we were in good hands! They are incredibly knowledgeable, responsive and easy to work with! Juan and Martine did an amazing job with the siding installation, working meticulously on every detail every day until the job was done. They then painted the house, and Vlad and his team were the best I have ever worked with! Sergy replaced a number of screens and they look fantastic!
