Found the problem with a simple solution. We expected to pay the amount that was quoted in writing, even though it was a wide range. What we didn't expect was a charge added on for travel, which was $65. We were never told about this beforehand. That took the bill beyond the quote and honestly, we would have found someone else near us if they had been upfront. We contacted them twice about this but of course, have not heard back. We won't use this service again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone else. Businesses need to inform customers about every cost associated with the job, especially when there is a written estimate, and not add something on at the end. As the saying goes, honesty is always the best policy.

Terrible...requested an appointment on line TWICE and never came for either one. Not a call, nothing on both scheduled appointments. After the first one I thought ok...give benefit of doubt, something might have come up. I rescheduled for the next day, again got a confirmation and reminder they would be here and it was a no show.

It was good. They were pretty fast. They did a good job. I asked them a lot of things to do, which was good that they were able to do it.

They did a handyman works for me. He repaired my refrigerator and air conditioner. He repaired the plumbing issues I had and fixed my toilet leaks as well. They had to patch on my garage. He fixed the electrical bracket and did an interior painting.
