Las Vegas Faucet Installation

They did not stand behind their work for any time after 3 months. I had them install a brand new faucet, and they said they could not stand behind the work outside of 3 months. I thought this was not good business to not stand behind the work behind a brand new faucet that they installed past a 3 month period.

I was very pleased with the services performed. The office was wonderful in accommodating to my schedule. The total price, including what I paid to purchase a new faucet, was cheaper than what I had paid last time with a different company to just have a new faucet installed.

Provided next day service. 2-man team arrived promptly within the scheduled 2-hr window. Installed faucets efficiently--we had to buy 2 angle stops from them but that was no surprise since house is 15 years old and water is very hard here. Price of part provided before installation. Usual mark-up compared with buying it yourself at Lowe's but partially offset by the Senior discount which I asked about at the end of the job--they called the boss and he approved it. Glad I remembered to ask! Only minor glitch was that the faucet for the smaller "vegetable" sink is tight, doesn't swivel easily. I pointed this out and the plumber's helper said that the faucet stem was a bit thicker than the original faucet so it was a tight fit. Had I known this before the installation was completed we might have tried to grind the granite down to allow a looser fit. Since the faucet was already fully installed, I decided I could live with this. Overall I was pleased with the work, thought the price was competitive, and appreciated the fact that the head plumber (Carlos) carefully inspected the work of his helper, made some corrections, checked carefully for leaks, etc.

They did a great job. I wish I was a plumbing. They put in the new faucets and line. The guy had a great attitude and did a great job.

This company should be an example of what once was Excellent Customer Service, as they truly delivered on all points! I was elated to find such professionalism, kindness, & courtesy! From the phone call with Brian who was one of the kindest gentlemen I’ve spoken to in a long time. He had the plumber at my door within an hour! Trust me when I say I’m very particular and a clean freak! He was prompt and preformed excellent installation and so very knowledgeable in his trade. Also Chris respected our home and didn’t leave a mess! That’s huge in my book! In other words, I can give enough praise to this company and these two men who make it happen! I feel blessed to have found this company and will be our plumber of choice. I highly recommended them, you’ll be one happy customer as I am!

They installed a new kitchen faucet and it went perfectly, no problems. The whole thing took maybe 30 minutes, and they were quite professional.

On time. Quick work in 10-15 minutes ? less time than I'd estimated. Maybe $65 is half-price, haven't used a plumber in quite a while. Wish it had been less, but I do understand travel time, etc.

The kitchen faucet that came with our 6 yr old home began leaking on top and under the sink. My husband tried to fix the problem to no avail. We purchased a new faucet which required a plumber to install. The job was done quickly and efficiently and our new faucet works like a dream. We will use this company for all our plumbing needs in the future. Along with the installation we also have a service were the company will come to the home and assess all our other plumbing fixtures for efficiency.

They were called to unclog the kitchen drain for my wife while I was out of town. We had a new faucet to install so we asked them to install this on te same trip. This was not called in as an emergency. They respondded same day and were very professional, and as far as I can tell they did a very good job. I feel the price was almost 2x higher than what I would have expected for a simple visit and service.

Dylan Korth showed up promptly, looked at the areas that required work, and started the work immediately. The installation of a new faucet in the guest bath was a particularly tough one, because the faucet and its connections had been glued in place when I last had the faucet replaced. He had to get some other equipment from the truck to remove the old faucet. That was completed without destroying or damaging anything! The new faucet was installed, looks great, and doesn't leak. All repairs were done to my complete satisfaction, and I felt the $99 deal was more than worth the price. I wouldn't hesitate to call them back when needed.

MC replaced some pipes and fixed the problem, flawlessly. The worker then easily replaced the new faucet. This was a few weeks ago and the pipes and faucet are still solid. Affordable, professional, and a little off-beat. Two jobs, both done well.

At first I was a little wary of the scheduling process for this company. I guess they recently stopped doing business on Sunday, but this is not reflected in the online scheduling site. So I was able to schedule a Sunday appointment, which was not fulfilled, and nobody contacted us. Later on Sunday, the site automatically gave me a Monday appointment, which I confirmed on the phone early Monday. The plumber showed on time on Monday (without calling or texting first, I have a feeling they may have the wrong number for me). He was very helpful and quickly found a simple reason why I did not have water pressure. The issue was resolved within minutes and he was nice enough to provide the service without charge. That is the mark of a good company which wants repeat business. I will definitely use them for future plumbing needs. I recommend this business!
