Sycamore helped me define what I wanted to do in a more proffessional way. Florencia always considers the clientâ s taste and style and she tries to give her best suggestions sometimes forcing one out of our confort zone to be more open minded but always respecting our style. I hired By Royalty Organize to organize my garage, closet, home office and storage unit. It wasnâ  t the first time I hired an organizing service but the first time I hired By Royalty. I believe this was literally one the best investment I have ever made, for my own sanity. I can say from my initial phone call, speaking with their customer service, my free consultation and all the way through to the conclusion of the project, my experience with them was nothing less than professional and exceptional. My wife and I were both very pleased with the final product. My only comment is their pricing seemed to be a little higher than some of the other organize services but I will be calling them back next time.

I needed to get a laminate floor cleaned. After the winter storm we had ceilings that caved in due to water damage from burst pipes. The laminate
floor was covered in dry wall and paint. Worse the contractors that fixed the ceiling did not cover the floors while painting so it was covered in paint. I was looking at replacing the floors completely. I reached out to home advisor and was connected to Apex Pros. The tech came in exactly on time. Very friendly and reassuring. He made sure the work was done right and impeccable. I was impressed by his work ethic. What was more impressive is that he got all the paint stains out and did not leave a scratch. Everything was super clean. Trustworthy guy because we had to leave him in the house by himself temporarily. I highly recommend him. He has affordable prices as well

The project was supposed to be a quick teardown and rebuild of wooden fence in a small area, but a lot of complications came up during the process, particularly around additional concrete underground as well as electrical work that wasn't supposed to be there. John handled the setbacks in stride and had a positive attitude throughout the job. The new fence is sturdy and looks great.
