    Alejandro (Alex) of Los Hermanos Serrano/Serrano Brothers came in to do the drywall work. I needed this work done fast. He came the same day at the agreed upon time. He was very polite, wore his mask and prices were flexible. The damaged spot and wall crack looked better than before. He even matched the paint color.     We hired Short Pump Painters to do a rather large job for us and all I can say is that the entire process was EXCEPTIONAL!!! Our requests included power-wash house and deck, stain deck and floor of screened-in porch, repair / correct drywall imperfections of our newly built home (and there were plenty,) paint all interior walls (3000 sq. ft.), paint exterior columns and soffit and last but not least, give our front door a new color. There is always a bit of nervousness when one hires people to work around the house, for instance: Will they do a good job for the money I'm paying? Will they ruin anything of mine while they're working? Can we communicate and come to agreements? All of our fears were soon put to rest once the crew arrived and explained the process. Firstly, there are always one or two English speaking persons on site. There is a manager, Eric that comes by often to check on the team. They covered all wood floors, carpet, and furniture. Baseboards and window trim were taped. When they prepped the deck for stain, all surroundings areas were taped and covered w/ plastic. The interior was painted primarily by women, (as Thiago, the owner feels they are more particular in the work they do.) Our group was lead by Eric and Brenda. The rest of the team included Claudia, Magrely, Abel, Raul and Erika. The deck was power-washed by another team of two men (didn't get their names, unfortunately.) The exterior (stain and paint) was completed by Henifer and Geovini. They did a fantastic job and we are super picky people. They arrived on time each morning. The paint job was better than imagined. Everyone so friendly and easy to talk to. They respect your home and property. We can't praise this company enough. Thiago should be very happy to have such great people working for him. I would recommend this painting company (that has the ability to do so much more) to anyone and everyone I know or is looking to have this type of work done. We would definitely hire again.     Alejandro is the best home repair contractor I've ever hired. He and his little helper (little Alejandro) were very friendly, punctual, skilled, and quick. He patched five giant holes in various rooms in my home and installed a wall (and a wall safe) exactly how I envisioned it. He has my highest recommendation, and I'm definitely going to call him again when I need more work done

    Alejandro came to our home to give us a quote on repairing two holes in our wall and stayed to do the job. He was very friendly, professional and efficient. He did an excellent job. He also stayed to take down an old ceiling light above our kitchen sink and installed a new one. We will certainly call on him again when we need something done. I would highly recommend him

    We are excited “Fernando” finally got a review page as we have suggested. We first met this gentleman in 2017 canvassing the neighborhood. My wife and I haven’t stopped using him since. My neighbors have used him for different jobs over the years. He is a fair and great person to work with. Always honest and goes the extra mile at no extra costs for his customers. We feel like distant family members and my wife is the only one who calls him “Fernando” as she has incorrectly for years!!! We truly recommend this Class A contractor for any job you may have
