problems with attachments

Hi I have been using Contact Form 7 for years.
I've been having problems attaching files to the form for a couple of days.
there was no change in the site. It just stopped working.
but if I try to send a message without attachments the form works for me
I hope I was clear and thanks to those who will help me

What problems exactly do you have when files are uploaded?

allego il file dopo quando invio vicino all’allegato mi esce in rosso Si è verificato un errore nel caricare il file.
