We've only had the initial consultation, so far, but we were very impressed with Brian, the consultant, and with the brochures that AFS sent out to us prior to his visit. AFS offers real, permanent solutions, and Brian took the time to go over the whole property with us, take photos of all the problem areas, listen to all our concerns, and address all our questions. We are looking forward to seeing what the forensic report finds, and working on this project with AFS.

Hector and his crew were very thorough. When I received the estimate assured that the project would begin on July 1 and would take 2 weeks. This included removal of all furniture, carpets in bedrooms, fix cracks where needed, 3 coats overlay, stain(faux finishes) and clear finish. They actually finished a day early and all of our furniture was returned with care to each room.
Hector was great to work with and the price was very reasonable for 2600sqâ .
I highly recommend this company. They wonâ t disappoint.

Jillian and his team were outstanding. They installed sprinkler system,planted trees, did some maintenance and laid artificial grass. They were great and did the job in about a month. He also did several small tasks that was really nice of him to do. I can't stress how wonderful it was to work with him and his team. I highly recommend greenway landscaping for any of your backyard needs

They removed a large section of the driveway. Removed the tree root that causes the damage to the driveway. Re-leveled the ground and poured new concrete. They also noticed the un-level piece of the walkway and removed and replace it at a minimal additional cost ($40). Arrived at the appointment on-time, work was completed to our satisfaction. Cleaned everything up so there was no concrete residue on the property. We would hire them again.

Cornerstone Paving company did an awesome job on our driveway,walkway and courtyard. They are very professional and their staff makes sure everything is perfect. Specifically, we were pleased with Luis, who came out to discuss our project , he provided us with a reasonable estimate of the cost and time required for the job. Luis, was great in explaining exactly what would be done as well as answering all our questions.From the installation and cleanup, we could not be happier with the quality job they did. Wow, I just had a courtyard sanded stucco wall built in my front yard. Alberto and his team did such a beautiful job. Both my husband and I are very pleased. Personalized and professional service. We had a patio and new gravel installed. Josh helped with ideas and we added a raised corner bed which looks great. Josh took us to a stone yard and walked us through all of the materials options, gave us pros and cons and patiently answered all of our questions.
His crew was great and Josh checked on their progress frequently. The crew was hardworking and professional. They completed the job and cleaned up very nicely.
I want to stress ours was a small job. The manner in which we were treated from design, estimate and service seemed like it was a million dollar project!

With an upcoming wedding in the backyard and need for everyday wheelchair accessibility to the pool we were unsure of who to reach out to for help. Our neighbor referred Mark and his team to us who quickly got to work after doing some walk and talks about how to best set up what we need. Now we have a beautiful brick walkway that perfectly ramps up to a step my moms wheelchair couldnâ t get over and a gorgeous flag stone walkway and platform for our wedding ceremony along with a small planter bed weâ ve been wanting.
Great work, done quickly. We are already making a list of future projects we can have Mark help us with later down the road!

I would highly recommend LeGendre LLC. I needed several sections of sidewalk replaced in front of my house. Ed came out the same day I called him. He sent me a proposal the next day. His workers showed up as scheduled. They demo'd and removed the bad sidewalk sections one day, and came back the next day to pour the concrete. Two 8x4 sections and one 4x4 section. They came out beautifully. His men worked hard and were very respectful. They cleaned up after the job too. Again, I would highly recommend Ed and his company. Robert
