My only concern is their communication but they did a lot to rectify that.

On time did there job as said they would. Clean up was done really well.

RJ went above the work promised and offered a few other suggestions that really helped our yard. He is prompt, communicated well and had the work done and area cleaned up quickly and beautifully.

I would highly recommend Upswing Design and Build after my experience with their work. From the quoting process through the final product, I was very impressed with their professionalism. Even though there was a concrete shortage (out of Upswingâ s control), anytime I had a question for Dave, he would provide me with a status of the project. In fact, in most instances Dave was calling me with an update before I needed to call him. I also canâ t say enough about Isaiah and the team who did the actual work. I met with over a dozen concrete contractors who either did not show up to give a bid, did show up but looked shady and I did not want to work with them... Faustina actually came, did the bid, performed the work, performed the cleanup, and carried out the old driveway, did not even break one single sprinkler head! They were very clean, organized and did everything they said they would do. They were not like anyone else I have worked with in the industry, and I have had some nightmare experiences in the past. They even came back to do the final seal exactly the way they told me they would 30 days after. They were not the cheapest but they were well worth the price!

Alex and his crew are very professional and detail oriented. Great communication, timely and cleanup was excellent. Will definitely call them again when the next project comes do.

They did retaining walls and step forms very well. Then did add on work with artistic flair. All pretty level by eye, a bubble level would have made the work great

The work done was excellent. The crew at JKL Concrete arrived early on the day they said they would come. My project was large (over 1300 sq. feet), but they completed the work in 4 days. They started early and stayed late. Once the project was completed, Jose came by to see if we were completely satisfied. I chose the right company to replace my driveway.
