I just bought a Premium plan for a different site. Can I use it for this service?
Absolutely! If you no longer need the plan for the other site, and you purchased it within the refund period, we will cancel it upon request and issue a refund.
How many pages do I get?
Up to 4 pages and an optional blog.
If you would like more pages after the site is on your account, you will be able to create as many pages as you need using the block editor. Our Happiness Engineers will be happy to walk you through that process if you need assistance.
Can I get a store or an e-commerce site?
Although adding e-commerce functionality during the site build isn’t currently an option for purchase, you can add e-commerce to your site once the site is on your WordPress.com account. Our Happiness Engineers will be happy to explain your options via chat or email.
How long will the service take?
You should get an email notifying you that the site is completed and available on your WordPress.com account within 2–4 business days.
I love the templates, but I’d like to make some customizations on the home page. Are customizations included in the price?
The designer building your site will use the template you’ve selected as the blueprint. They’ll likely make some small modifications to ensure that your provided content will be appropriately displayed on each page, but otherwise no other customizations are included.
Once the site is on your WordPress.com account, though, you are free to customize it as much as you want!

Can I buy more pages?
Not at the moment, but we’re working to make that possible. With that said, you can add more pages by yourself once your new website is on your WordPress.com account.
