Here is what they said: 5.5.1 Exterior: Vegetation, Grading, Drainage, Driveways, Walkways, Retaining walls (With respect to their effect on the condition of the building) - Poor drainage near foundation (rear at shed) Observed low grade and poor drainage near the foundation of the structure near the attached shed area. Water is subject to pool in the area and may soften / undermine foundation footings which can cause settlement of the structure. Have proper grading and drainage corrections completed. Recommendation: Contact a qualified grading contractor. Is this something that you can do?
