"I hired Sam and team to work on the sidewall of my home which was made of concrete due to leakage into the home. It wasn't a lot, but it was enough that it needed to be fixed. The leak happens when it rains. Initially when I had Sam come by the home, he immediately took a look and noticed that the leak was happening because of the "alleyway" concrete (an area between my home and my neighbors) was sloped towards my home. He recommended we re-slope that section of the concrete and fix the concrete in front of the house as well the block of concrete was cracked and also there was an entrypoint for water to come into the home. Overall good experience and I appreciate the locally owned business and the fact that he's had over 30+ years of experience. He knows what he's good at and that's what he focuses on versus trying to do too much. The work was done fast and efficient. We're expecting a big rainfall the next 3-4 days so I'll be able to see if the work he did fixed the issue. "
