I called them because my neighbor used them for a major project and he was more than satisfied. For me they showed up quick, took time to evaluate my problem and had my system fixed shortly after. I will use them again.

Work seems okay but issues with know how and helpfulness left a lot to be desired. Tile worker much better.

Wow, not sure how to respond here Thea. Know how? I'm a master plumber with over 40 years experience, I will be the first to admit I don't know everything but I do know a little !! I personally supervised this job each day. She is a taking care of her elderly father so we had to come up with a good plan. We replaced every single pipe in her house, drains and water, 100 ft long sewer, in the rain, and completely remodeled, down to the studs, both bathrooms, tub, tile shower, everything, and had this completed, to her satisfaction, in 2 weeks!! That's 10 business days ! I even offered since she had her hands so full, if she needed anything moved or any help around the house while our strong young guys are there to just ask and we will help. I asked her every day if all was to her satisfaction and she said yes it is. I can't even get my head around this one. Oh btw, we were 500.00 cheaper than the next guy she told me. I hope I don't sound bitter it just hurts a little when I bend over backwards to make someone happy & help someone then see this. I'm grateful for the work tho, and everyone is certainly entitled to their opinion, just wish people would talk to me first before leaving a review like this.

In my opinion an average plumbing service. Probably about what you would get from almost any licensed plumbing house. The quote came in line with other plumbing places for a re-pipe to get rid of old PB piping that is not allowed in FL anymore. Pros: * Initial quote was same as several others. The estimate discussion was good and I though clear on what was needed. * No leaks on new piping -- obviously a must, but good to see there are no issues. * Drywall removal was pretty straight so much could be reused to patch. * Worked around our schedule, which was very nice. Cons: * Added cost to the quote after the start of job. Claimed to not have included all the fixtures in kitchen by my instruction, which is not true. Make sure you get a detailed quote of everything they are doing, every fixture. * Failed inspection the first time and had some rework. Not a huge deal but prolonged the holes having to be in the house. * Attic is a bit of a spiderweb now. I asked them to try to put the piping central connection off next to a truss, but it is sitting right between two that makes it a bit awkward to move around up there. Luckily I do not go up there much. I did not use their drywall company they recommended. Quote from them was very high. I used another company and they did it for half the cost. Shop that around.
