I searched for a contractor to install a new fence in my backyard. Pat responded quickly, came out to look, and immediately understood what I had in mind for a challenging hillside location. He bid the job fairly, was able to schedule the work within a few days, and finished early. He and his team were professional, quick and very neat. Included in the job was repair of a tall, rotting deck pier which they accomplished perfectly. During the project, the team performed several small, related repairs without my even asking. I am very happy with the results and would use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Dry rot repairs - had 3 estimates before Casablanca Construction. Sebastian was personable yet very professional and HONEST. We (older and knows nothing about repairs) need people like him. Pointed out possible future damages (no pressure). Have very polite, hard working crew especially Martin. Good quality of work for a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend them.

Ron has been outstanding through the entire project. The full project was not just sprinkler installation but also replacing my entire yard with new grass. He personally came to our house to walk through the project and plan. His crew during the project were professional and courteous and answered any questions I had. Finally, at the end of the project he continued conversation and has set up for his crew to mow the very first time and inspect to see that all the grass is coming in nicely. Great customer service!

Leo and his crew are exceptionally communicative, reliable, and efficient. They repaired an existing deck and then seismically retrofitted our home. Prosper and the team at Prosper Construction just completed a beautiful renovation of my home. I badly needed new flooring and decided to add other updates as well. So we embarked on the journey to design an addition to our home and redesign the entire front of the house, which included a kitchen remodel as well. I knew that I wanted to replace my carpet with porcelain tile, but I thought that I would leave my existing kitchen tile in place, to save a little money. Prosper convinced me to eliminate all transitions in the flooring and replace the entire house with the new tile, and I am really glad that he did! The house now has a smooth flow and an expansive look that is just gorgeous. The entire experience was beyond worth the investment. The most amazing part of the transformation of my home is my stunning new master bathroom, which Prosper also advised me on.

I want to state that this was the first home remodel project that we've had done to the home. I waited to do this review to see if any issues popped up and I'm happy to say that nothing has. Owner did the estimate and assured us that the job would be perfect. He was absolutely correct. They did a walk-in shower conversion and it's stunning.
There were some logistical issues that were dealt with fairly quickly. While this did add to the estimated time to completion that wasn't a big deal to us and I as the end result is what matters most.
We highly recommend them to do any remodeling job that you require. It will be a top notch job with them making sure that you are completely satisfied with the end product.

We hired Yoel based on a recommendation from our neighbor. He wasnâ t the cheapest bid. However, we trusted our neighbor and we went with him. We are so happy that we did. He showed up on time every day that he said that he and his crew were coming. Anyone who was in our house was working unless they were having lunch. He found some issues with our floorboard by the dishwasher that had rotted. His team showed us and they fixed it quickly. He was easy to communicate with and did a wonderful job on demo and kitchen cabinet install and our new laminate flooring install. He asked us to inspect things and let him know if anything needed adjusted. We found a few things we wanted done and he came back 4 days later and adjusted them. We decided to go with him after the project to paint the whole house. Again not the cheapest bid, but they bought the paint, showed up when they said, cleaned it all as if they had never been there.
We donâ t have anymore big projects to do, but we hear from our neighbors that he has done small projects for them. We will definitely use York again. He is professional, punctual and pays attention to detail.
