After 20 years my well pump failed. I called another company first. They cancelled their first appointment. When they finally came 10 days later the other company said the well pump alone could not be replaced and that I would need an entirely new system.
I called Earl Snow and they came the following morning. They were able to replace the pump and restore water flow without replacing the entire system. I saved a lot of money with Earl Snow!

I cannot emphasize how appreciative I am of 24-7. I contacted them after another company came out to my home for a clogged drain and ended up breaking their equipment in my line and subsequently claiming that I had a collapsed sewer line pipe that would require thousands of dollars to replace. I informed 24/7 that I was a bit mistrustful and asked if I could watch them as they ran a camera through my lines. They not only accommodated my request, but they also did so in a manner that didn’t make me feel like I was being a pest and it was greatly appreciated. We discovered nothing was collapsed and that the prior company’s camera was simply struggling to get past a transition in pipe sizes and was getting stuck on the lip of the smaller pipe. 24-7 saved me thousands in erroneous repairs and I couldn’t be more thankful!

Jack and his helper showed up at the correct time. Jake was super smart on my plumbing project, that consisted of removing my old Water Heater and installing the new one I had purchased., and doing whatever else he had to do to make it fit. We started using Petermanâ s about three years ago to replace a 20 yr old furnace and air conditioning system. They were very thorough and explained everything well. They presented various options. We have been so pleased with their quality of professionalism, work, and equipment that weâ ve recently had them replace our 22 yr old water heater. Their semi-annual maintenance reminders are appreciated and well worth the money.
