Waterproofing Solutions was our choice for remedying our drainage problem between our house and our neighbor's house. We had researched several other companies, but Waterproofing Solutions stood out from the rest. On the day of the start of the project, they showed up on time. Fernando and crew were very courteous, respectful, and their conduct was totally professional. After they had completed the work, they cleaned up the entire work area. FC Crete was just the right company for our small job; most of the larger companies wanted a minimum fee well above what our porch step rebuild necessitated. David at FC was very good about communicating the plan for rebuilding our steps, working through a few quirks in our space, and returned several times to tidy up small issues. The only concern was that the scheduling of the work was once or twice a bit different than we had agreed, but the work still got done. Overall, we would definitely use FC Concrete again for our concrete needs.

Pete came out to look at our mold situation and determined that it was more related to lack of air circulation around an area of bare concrete than to actual moisture incursion. He spent almost an hour looking into the areas that could be suspicious and did not find problems other than the area that we first noticed mold. The odor we are experiencing is more likely related to a varmint intrusion that was rectified earlier. Great suggestions to cure odor and absolutely no pressure. A “breath of fresh air” in the service business. I would definitely call him again. You should too.

Very attentive. They installed drain tile, sump pumps, and vapor barrier in my crawl space. Brought a couple of yards of stone thru my house and into the crawl. Very neat, no mess. They put down tarps thru my house and cleaned up every day. I would highly recommend them
