The only issue I had was that only one person was assigned to do the project . He started the project the day scheduled, but could not come the next day. So one day no work was done. He did have another person come for about three hours to help him one day. I love the results of my finished bathroom, but I think having only one person assigned to complete the bathroom, put a lot of pressure on him. Through all of this he did a very professional job.

I reserve swearing for times of extreme frustration. My wife came home to me doing a bathroom remodeling and she said, "I've never heard you curse more in my life!" I couldn't get the sink to line up right and get the p-trap connected.
With friends coming in for Labor Day weekend I started panicking, thinking they were going to have to wash their hands in the kitchen sink.
After throwing in the towel, I reached out for help, and Paul came to the rescue!
He was extremely polite on the phone, he came the same day I put the request in and he got the job done quickly and right. Aside from that, he's just a really nice person.

Alex came through for us when we really needed help. We had a clogged kitchen drain and master bathroom drain. Which turned out to be a not so simple fix. We had another plumber (referred and sent by AHS) look at our situation and tell us that our main was “probably” breached without even running by kind of line through the drain. Then they never returned our calls when we wanted to make an appointment. Thankfully we were directed to Alex who came over and jetted our lines (which were not breached) and got our life back to normal. For 6 months we were emptying our kitchen sink into 5 gallon buckets but as of today, we have clean running plumbing. Alex is super professional and honest and for being a One Man Band, gets the job done. He is highly recommended!

Michael & Son Services is a conglomerate of companies who joined under the same umbrella to minimize expenses by sharing protective covers like insurance and attorney fees.
This is a very good initiative as long as everyone remains ethical in quality of customer service. One bad apple will tarnish everyone else, and vice-versa.
From my personal experience, the Air Conditioning Service was first grade and since I now know what M&S is, I will keep my very good opinion of this service and perhaps try other services, if need be.
