  • This is invoice setting page, where you can customize invoice creation settings. You can find it in "YIT Plugins" menu item. You can configure invoice header and functioning of automatic generation of invoice number.
  • This is invoice template setting page, where you can choose sections to be displayed in PDF invoice.
  • In back-end order page, you can quickly see invoice number and date for orders invoiced (below order column).
  • In back-end order page, for each order you find buttons for creating/viewing invoice and shipping list documents.
  • In back-end single order page, you find a metabox that shows information about invoice date and number, if any, and some buttons for generating/viewing invoice and shipping list documents.
  • In front-end order page, you find an additional button for orders with an invoice associated. This button lets customers download the invoice.
  • A basic, fully customizable template for invoices.

Installation

Important: First of all, you have to download and activate WooCommerce plugin, which is mandatory for Yith WooCommerce PDF Invoice and Shipping List to be working.

  1. Download and unzip the downloaded file.
  2. Upload the plugin folder into the wp-content/plugins/ directory of your WordPress site.
  3. Activate YITH WooCommerce PDF Invoice and Shipping List from “Plugins” page.

Configuration

YITH WooCommerce PDF Invoice and Shipping List will add a new tab called “PDF Invoice” in “YIT Plugins” menu item. There, you will find all Yithemes plugins with quick access to plugin setting page.

Pues así de fácil, es un plugin gratuito pero para tener el DNI O NIF del cliente en tu factura, tienes que tener el PRO. Moraleja: el plugin no vale nada más que como nota de envío.

Exposes all your customers personal info

Do NOT use this extension. It exposes all your customers information and lets google invoice followed by your site name and it shows all the PDFs. This is a huge privacy violation so quickly uninstall the extension and delete the folder /wp-content/uploads/ywpi-pdf-invoice.
