Could you please convert Donald Trung's block into a partial block so he can edit his global user page, Special:MyPage/global.js and Special:MyPage/global.css ? Donald is a good contributor on multiple projects and is helping me with the testing of a userscript I made. Converting the block to a partial block would allow Donald to easily test scripts globally using global.js. Hello @Alexis Jazz. I don't think that I should be making any decisions about Donald Trung's current block status. If Donald Trung would like to have his block reviewed on Meta, my advice would be for him to lodge another unblock request so any administrator other than me can review it.
