Proposed additions[edit]
![]() |
This section is for proposing that a page title be blacklisted; add new entries at the bottom of the section. Provide links demonstrating widespread creation by multiple users or IP's. Completed requests will be marked as done or denied and archived.
|
Proposed removals[edit]
![]() |
This section is for proposing that a title be unlisted; please add new entries at the bottom of the section. Remember to provide the specific title or regex blacklisted, links to the articles they are used in or useful to, and arguments in favour of unlisting. Completed requests will be marked as done or denied and archived. The addition or removal of a title is not a vote, please do not bold the first words in statements. |
Troubleshooting and problems[edit]
sad\sperson[edit]
This doesn't seem to be sufficient. Pinging @Vituzzu: as the one who added it. NguoiDungKhongDinhDanh 21:17, 12 February 2022 (UTC)
Done Wasn't ever going to work. I have updated. Noting that this will not impact Wikidata as their "title" is the Q-item or P-property, etc. — billinghurst sDrewth 21:58, 12 February 2022 (UTC)
Another title that worth adding: eo:Kholmat Odilov (muzikisto). NguoiDungKhongDinhDanh 01:51, 13 February 2022 (UTC)
- We don't have the authority to blacklist a title based on that evidence-base. I can put it into the vanity-based AF, though not prepared to blacklist a name. — billinghurst sDrewth 11:37, 13 February 2022 (UTC)
- Not sure how az:Sаd Person (müğənni) managed to evade title blacklist. I thought TBL entries are case-insensitive by default? NguoiDungKhongDinhDanh 21:36, 19 February 2022 (UTC)
- Hmm, I will try to change prepend to (^|.*\b) and see how we go. — billinghurst sDrewth 10:39, 20 February 2022 (UTC)
- @Billinghurst: Now I get it; the title was quite tricky (note the a-but-not-a). Antispoof would be helpful. NguoiDungKhongDinhDanh 11:07, 20 February 2022 (UTC)
Done Almost feel that we should default block the invisible characters in our titles. — billinghurst sDrewth 11:46, 20 February 2022 (UTC)
- Actually the first а was the Cyrillic а, and the second, Alphabet a was just for comparison, but thank you anyway. NguoiDungKhongDinhDanh 01:33, 21 February 2022 (UTC)
