When you join Dell Rewards and purchase items as a member, you’ll receive a £15 Dell Rewards coupon for every £500 spent, to be redeemed against future purchases. £1 in purchases is equal to 1 point. 500 points are needed for a Dell Rewards £15 coupon to be issued. You can earn up to 5 Dell Rewards coupons at any given time regardless of the number of points in your account.

You will need to accumulate 500 points to earn a Dell Rewards coupon.  £1 in purchases is equal to 1 point. You’ll receive a £15 Dell Rewards coupon for every 500 points, meaning for every £500 value of products purchased. Dell will only ever convert your accumulated points into a maximum of 5 coupons at any given time, and the remaining points will be converted when some or all of those 5 coupons have been redeemed.

Pending points are points that are not yet active on your My Account rewards balance.  In most cases this is the result of the product you purchased having not yet been shipped.
No, you are unable to exchange multiple coupons for a single higher denomination. Coupons are issued only in £15 denominations, but you can use multiple (up to 5) coupons on a single purchase. See also next question.
To redeem your coupons against a purchase, you must have a basket value of at least £100 each time you add a coupon. You can use up to 5 coupons (for a maximum £75 discount) on any single purchase.  If you have multiple Dell Rewards coupons plus traditional Dell discount coupons, you must choose which 5 coupons you would like to use on any single transaction.  Rewards coupons, once issued, in £15 increments, expire in 90 days.
Yes. The discount will work with other coupons and offers made available in our online store. Yes. Rewards coupons expire 90 days from the issue date. Expiration date can be found by visiting your Dell.com My Account and clicking “view rewards details.” Expiration dates cannot be extended. Don’t worry, Dell will contact you in time and notify you about expiring coupons.
Points will only expire if your account has not had activity in 12 months.  Account activity includes additional purchases that add points to your account or points that have been converted into rewards coupons.  Providing that your account remains active, reward points earned but not converted to coupons will be saved and shown in your online Dell Rewards Account.
No. The discount is a benefit for returning customers and the Dell Rewards coupon can only be redeemed on a future purchase.
Redeem your Rewards coupons at Dell.co.uk. Log in to your Dell Rewards-enabled My Account, choose your product then enter the coupon code within the “Basket”. Your active coupon codes will be shown at the bottom of the basket page.
Since you are required to have a basket value of at least £100 to add a coupon, you could use three of your coupons to bring your order total down to £90.  You will be responsible for paying the £90 with another form of payment.
The offer is contingent upon the purchase of an eligible product. The Dell Reward points will not be issued or will be cancelled if an eligible product is returned for a refund. If an eligible product is returned for a refund after the Reward points have been issued and a Dell Reward coupon has been issued and redeemed, the redeemed amount will be deducted from the Rewards account balance.

At Dell.co.uk, select “Sign In”. Then select “Forgot your password?”. Insert the email address you used to create your My Account and click “Reset Password.” You will receive a prompt to reset your password via email.
When registering for Dell Rewards, you can choose not to receive emails with offers. Or, if you are currently receiving special offers, you can select "unsubscribe" at the bottom of your current emails.
While signed onto your My Account at Dell.com, you can select “Manage my preferences” under “Account Settings” to update your Dell Rewards account preferences.
To remove yourself from the program, please call 0800-587-1456 or contact your sales agent. Please note that deactivating your account will prevent you from earning future Rewards on eligible items or from redeeming Dell Rewards coupons issued to your My Account.
The Dell Rewards benefits are applied on each individual order, against a single customer’s My Account, so registering multiple email addresses won’t enable duplicate rewards.  Dell rewards coupons may only be redeemed against future purchases by the Dell Rewards member having earned the relevant Dell rewards points and been issued with the corresponding Dell Rewards coupon(s).
No. Dell Rewards accounts are unique to individual email addresses and cannot be combined or transferred. Dell reserves the right to reject requests for consolidation of any Dell promotional codes or Rewards at its own discretion for any reason.

You will receive Dell Reward points (£1 is equal to 1 point), which will automatically convert into a £15 reward coupon for every £500 spent, to be used against your next Dell purchase (excluding Dell Outlet purchases and third party products).

Up to 5 reward coupons can be issued at any time and may be used on a single purchase transaction (providing a £75 reward discount).

Total rewards earned may not exceed 125 reward coupons within a 3 month period.

To redeem your coupons against a purchase, you must have a basket value of at least £100 each time you add a coupon.

Check your reward balance by logging into My Account.  “Current rewards balance” amount may not reflect the most recent transactions – please check your Account for your most up-to-date coupon availability and points balance.

Reward points are issued to your online Dell Rewards Account typically within 30 business days after your order’s ship date.
