At first, we started using Sharpspring as an automation platform for our company; however, the more we became familiar with its various resources and features, we have officially adopted it to optimize our processes across the whole organization. Today, we use Contact Manager and Sales Pipeline for the sales and account management departments; and we implemented it in the marketing team for e-mails, landing pages, dynamic forms, lead tracking, and, most importantly, automated workflows, which had a very positive impact in our productivity overall. We appreciate the individual tools, but Sharpspring did wonders for team work in general. I would point to the CRM tool as the most important and efficient one for our team in the present moment, since it is very flexible and customizable, and can be applied to several different industries. The new automation flows allowed us to focus on our top priorities, eliminated unnecessary work, and spared us a lot of time.
