I was concerned at first because their contract was longer than others and I've been burned by people before, but I don't have a single bad thing to say about them.   Damien, Magda and the 4EverRemodeling team were a real pleasure to work with. I hired them to finish my basement in a 100 yr old home in Evanston. I unfortunately had to pause moving forward given the pandemic and a few things that evolved on my end. However, I was able to work with the team over a number of weeks (potentially months) to pull together a great set of designs and architectural drawings that we'll be able to leverage when we dicide to move forward here.   I forgot to post this review so it’s overdue but it’s very fitting today. A1-Pam worked on our kitchen 3yrs ago. They were great then and they’re even better than I first thought. We had an issue recently, which I thought was due to some of their work. Even though it was 3yrs later, Greg scheduled someone to come out but before they came, we were able to discover, the issue was with another appliance that had nothing to do with the remodel, so we didn't need them to come out. If you’ve ever had any work done, you know how hard it is to get a contractor to come look at anything once they get their payment. Yet even though it was way past any guarantee, Greg responded quickly and didn’t hesitate to help. Here's my original review which still applies and I still agree with 100%: I would definitely recommend A1-Pam for any work you made want to schedule. I will definitely use him and his team for all of our projects. Greg was always available for questions or issues. His team worked quickly and always cleaned up after they were done each day. Everyone was very professional and very skilled in their trade. We had a few minor issues but everything was resolved immediately and with no further problems. A1-Pam is definitely recommended by this satisfied customer. I will be recommending them to all my family and friends

  ABL did a 5-star job for us. Howard arrived to provide a quote for refinishing our door and we learned then, that they also handled other types of work. We were able to have four different areas of interior repair addressed, plus the front door. They scheduled soon after providing the estimate, and completed all the work in the time frame promised. The crew was wonderful; the work tidy and impeccable; restoration quality. The CEO visited personally and made himself available to us for follow up if needed. ABL will definitely be our go to company for any future needs. We are planning to visit their showroom to replace a bathroom vanity

  I'm so glad that I found Skyway Remodeling! After a terrible experience with another contractor, it was a breath of fresh air to work with David and Ryszard to update the kitchen of my recently purchased condo. Their quote for the job was the most reasonable I received, and it was great to have the control of being able to buy all my own materials. Working with Ryszard felt like a partnership, and I was very happy to have someone to bounce design ideas off of. Ryszard was also a great problem solver when unforeseen issues arose, like when the deep sink that I ordered made the plumbing hook-up a little more complex than anticipated. The transformation of my kitchen has been really remarkable, and I find myself just standing and admiring the new space. It was a smaller project than originally anticipated, because I decided to keep the existing sound insulation of carpet and not install hardwood flooring in two rooms. I loved their old world personability and nearby location (my general contractor Tammy replied to emails by driving over to my place and talking to me in person, and their veteran President is a Habitat for Humanity exec), as well as their thoughtful pointers on my own DIY projects (painting, floor installation, etc.)

  I decided to remodel my bathroom with Mondex Corporation and I am not sorry for that .
