About the CFO Role

As a member of the Top Management Team you will:
Take full ownership over accounting, reporting, tax, treasury and budgeting processes to ensure solid foundation for the ability of the company to achieve its targets
Identify and act on opportunities to improve core financial processes to ensure better decision making through relevant insights in all steps of value-generation process of the company
Drive discussions on topline generation opportunities, as well as on operational efficiencies and help internal stakeholders in their execution
Manage and develop a strong team of finance professionals delivering first-class service to their internal clients
Reinforce governance and controls agenda starting from management board and throughout all other layers of the organization to adhere to all relevant internal and external control standards and successful internal and external audits
Work closely with the business team to ensure proper financial infrastructure behind new markets that the company enters, new contracts with existing and prospective customers

To be successful in this role you need to:
Have proven CFO experience within an international context with solid understanding of business metrics and processes in a tech company
You will need to be comfortable with making complex decisions, balancing between the financial security, compliance regulations and business strategy
Have great communication and influencing skills

Have strong written and verbal communication skills in fluent French and English

JD Product Owner

The Role

Monetize is a modular and flexible payment and e-commerce solution enabling our customers to sell their digital products and services worldwide. It relies on cutting edge microservices technology and modern REST APIs, and covers services from product catalog management and personalized checkout experience, to smart payment capabilities, flexible subscription and billing, invoicing, tax and fraud management.

Your mission as a Product Owner is to support the Monetize Product Manager in the design and implementation of new features on the Nexway Platform. You will play an important role in both design & development phases, bringing your experience and expertise to build differentiating and innovative features to answer our customers’ needs and pain points.

In this role you will:
Translate feature requests, business strategy, and market opportunities into product specifications,
Collaborate with customers, marketing, sales, Customer Success Managers and Customer Care to understand and anticipate market needs, keeping our product development philosophy in mind:
Adequacy to real needs (pragmatism)
Business orientation (service provided)
Ease of use (ergonomics and user experience)
Openness (integration capabilities, APIs)
Collaborate with creative and product teams to build a smooth and efficient customer experience for each new feature or use case: Turn the complexity of the platform into easy to use interfaces,

Drive implementation of the features with the product and IT teams: assess value, develop cases, build wireframes and mockups, create and prioritize user stories and epics according to the product strategy.
Manage backlog grooming, release tracking, and user stories’ acceptance criteria,
Participate in the testing phase and launch on production,
Contribute to the Definition of relevant KPIs to evaluate the success of each new feature with the data teams, and be accountable for the tracking of the performance,
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote innovative features.

To be successful in this role you need to have:
minimum 3 years’ of product / project management experience in SaaS / Software
experience in working on a day-to-day basis with engineers and UX/UI teams

The Role
We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager who is excited to work in a “startup” style mentality and culture and is comfortable dealing with a certain level of uncertainty. You have a software engineering background and have moved into Project Management. You have excellent customer and communication skills.

You will work on a variety of projects across multiple clients. It is a varied and fast-paced role that will offer you every opportunity to demonstrate your software engineering expertise, super customers and communication skills and pragmatic PM talents. Whilst you will not be developing software in this role, you will be working very closely with our internal (and international) development team: helping to translate customer expectations and challenging where needed.

Project Management is primarily customer focused.We believe useful features are features used by our customers, so you will need to be comfortable with making quick decisions, prioritizing pragmatically, and helping our developers to ship fast.

Required experience/skills
• Experience of software development Project Management,
Provide leadership in your day-to-day attitude and motivate team members to meet goals,

The Role
The IT Tech Support is in charge of the hardware and software that Nexway employees use on a daily basis to do their jobs. This means supporting endpoint devices such as Fedora, macOS and Windows. In addition you will support software as a service (SaaS) solutions like G Suite, Slack, and more.

What you will do:
provide amazing day to day technical support for our employees locally or remotely,
take an active part during newcomers onboarding process by explaining current IT policies, best practices and services used.
contribute to maintenance and support of the global in-house IT infrastructure
support communications needs for Nexway employees in conference rooms and other common areas
handle general ticketing, account management, and problem escalation
maintain hardware and software inventory
operate Inventory Management and Ticketing systems
create, maintain and participate in Documentation & Knowledge base
communicate new services and features to users
participate in deployment and security related projects

Min requirements:
min. 1 year experience with 1st and 2d line support ideally in an international context
be experienced in Support in a modern cloud-first IT Stack
be experienced in Support for Windows, Linux and macOS
deep knowledge of G Suite and other common SaaS applications
advanced level of English (>= B2, another language is a +)

Draft contractual elements (contracts, amendments, letters)
Administer the HR tools
Resolve all employees’ inquiries regarding insurances, absences, certificates, etc.

Prepare onboarding of new employees and organize welcome sessions
Be the main contact with third parties (URSSAF, OPCO, DIRECCTE, Occupational medicine…) to ensure feedback in due time
