I want to second what Jen C. from Pace said in her review that 5 stars are not enough in accurately rating both the work and customer experience of Southern Comfort Builders! We hired them to install a new roof on both our main home and our guest cottage and would recommend them to anyone and everyone who needs a new roof install. The price, as compared to many others, was an excellent value and the care and patience shown to us by Erik and his foreman Mark were truly remarkable. For example, with having leakage issues after our installation, South Comfort happily without complaint came back out to our property every time we contacted them to try to fix the problem. What makes this especially memorable is that Mark helped us to finally isolate the problem in that it was "our" chimney brick work that was leaking and NOT anything they did or didn't do with their roof installation or chimney flashing. Flexible, patient, quality work, and customer service-oriented--Southern Comfort Builders is the real deal! Thanks Erik and Mark for a great experience!!

Showed up when they said they would; did what they said would do; cleaned up completely and stayed in constant communication while we dealt with insurance delays. Salesperson good job.company delivered supplies, then roofers show up.(should call ahead).contractor did not cover my pool(was in contract)roofing nails and debris got in pool and now have rust stains.Roofers tore up drywall where skylight was(knocked repair off price).your roof will look good but beware if you have skylights or a pool.

Highly recommend! We had hired them previously for a reroof on our rental home and Teresa was very responsive. The job was completed on time and as quoted. When we had the opportunity to sell another rental property, 2 days before the closing, the buyers inspector had an issue with the roof. Teresa was able to send someone out to repair the items and the closing was saved.! Service above and beyond!

Erin was beyond competent in her job. She was knowledgeable and made sure every step of the project was done properly and efficiently. She also kept me well advised along the way. Jason is most fortunate to have her on his team. The rest of the team showed up as promised, supportive of the group - roofers, gutter person as well as the guys that repaired the flashing.
